Not adjustable inch pounds, it's a bit deceiving. **Q: What holds the bits in place ? Do you need a wrench to change bits? Does it work with all standard 1/4 inch hex bits?** A: The bits are held in place by a tiny ball bearing, which is secured by a metal sleeve. This sleeve easily slides off, causing the bearing to drop, and it’s to the point if it does, you’ll never find it again. No wrench needed to change bits, they pop in and out. I couldn’t tell you if all 1/4 inch bits work or not, but 4 different ones come with the wrench, and all work fine. Also, if you lose the ball bearing, the bits can still work, you just have to manually hold each bit in place as they will fall out easily **Q: What are the handle dimensions ?** A: Probably around 5”? It’s just enough to fit in the palm of your hand.. **Q: What is the size of the ball bearing that holds the bits in place, and can it be replaced? Probably does, but if you use it the way I do, it wouldn’t be an issue at all. I went snowboarding recently & brought this tool. I needed to make adjustments on my board, and of course had this tool on hand. This is how I use it - I unscrew the cap (without reattaching it), empty all the contents, and use whatever attachment I need. The cap isn’t on, and therefore, cap coming undone isn’t an issue. Why take off the cap and then put it back on? Take off the cap, leave it off, use it, then put everything back together. Tool does as intended, happy with purchase.
