Good value for the price
Appears to be good quality and was an exact fit for my 2402. I've had it for almost a full season and there are no issues.

Failed in less Than One Month - Customer Service made it Right and they were Great!
While testing the water in my hot tub today I noticed there was no water being pulled into the skimmer thru the filter. I put in the previous filter I had cleaned and the water circulation was fine. I put this filter back in and the same thing happened, no flow was being allowed. It's only been in use about 3 weeks, so it is not dirty. I will not buy again. 02/23/24 - Update: Was contacted and offered a replacment. I agreed and when it arrives I will install and test, then update review. 03/13/24 - Update: Did receive filter and installed. Has been in use for 2 weeks and seems great! I have been real impressed with their attention and customer service. Thanks!

Cheaper filter but does the job
I went searching for find a less expensive filter for my free flow hot tub than what I would spend at my local hot tub store. I was pleasantly surprised with the price and the fact that it fit perfectly. The quality is good and it works like the expensive version of the filter. It did at times make it hard to take out because the string breaks easily. But installing it is easy. I would recommend if you like to change your filter often but not spend money on the expensive filters.
