I ordered one and was blessed to receive a bowl that is tuned to the 528hz frequency. I am absolutely in love with the resonant tone it plays. The size fits perfectly in my hand, being a little bigger than my palm, but as advertised. I use this during prayers and by the end of any time I use it I find myself still playing it even after my prayer has finished. It also comes with a mallet, instructions, and a donut pillow to rest it on but I find it much better to play when it’s held in hand. Great quality and functionality for the price. I will be buying more from these merchants. Hope this helps anyone with questions!

It took a minute for me to get the hang of it, but I love to use it! I’m not sure my neighbors do, but I love it!

This bowl is not only beautiful, but is great for beginners who are just starting out working with singing bowls. This bowl is small the sounds it gives off are beautiful.

Pros: Inexpensive. Beautiful. Fairly easy to make it sing. Cons: Ringing sound from striking the side does not last very long. The singing sound with the included wooden striker does not sound as nice as when played with a suede striker. This bowl is beautiful to look at and I think it is best suited for meditation or decoration rather than for healing applications.
