Constipation Relief Gummies

My autistic son was diagnosed with encopresis a couple years ago. We’ve worked really hard to find the right maintenance meds to keep him soft and regular, but every once in awhile he plateaus. Someone in an Encopresis group recommended this, so I ordered it right away! They claimed their kiddo had a pretty big bowel movement the same day. It comes in a huge package with ICE PACKS! Why?!!! It’s not supposed to be refrigerated, so maybe it’s to keep them from melting? I order Olly gummies all the time and have never seen them mailed this way (UPDATE: ordered a 2nd bottle & got more cold packs!). They’re not the yummiest gummy, but he likes them. Kind of has a prune-elderberry-grape flavor. They’re VERY firm and chewy like a super stale gummy, which I don’t love for his crown or wiggly teeth. But, he loves them so that’s all that matters (he has ARFID, so he’s really picky!). I noticed his BMs have gotten much bigger and softer finally! No “rock hard rabbit poops.” They’re almost….. normal?!!! He takes 1-2 in the morning and poops after dinner. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I’m afraid to give him them at night, in fear he’ll have to go at school. Occasionally he says he feels the urge to go in the afternoon. I’ll re-order! Just wish they gave you more than a couple weeks’ worth. UPDATE: We recently ran out and he didn’t go at his normal time. Ordered more and he’s back on track! Right now he takes these along with magnesium glycinate and probiotics. Just this product alone wouldn’t work on him. I highly recommend trying these if your kiddo struggles to have larger BMs, or has reached a stall with their other maintenance meds. UPDATE 2: I now swear by these. They work best when NOT taken daily. I give them to him maybe 2x/week now. It makes it easy for him to go, much like Exlax chocolates without the crazy, unstoppable urge. I’m happy to report my 5 year old autistic kiddo is finally pooping on the toilet!!!!!!! Thank you, olly! 👍🏼

I ate 1 of these. They taste terrible. I threw them in the trash. 12 hours later I had the smoothest, biggest bowel movement that Ive had in WEEKS. They worked so well just taking 1 that I immediately got them out of the trash can. It says take 2 I definitely would start with one. 1 work AMAZING for me and in less than 20 hours. If youre like me and have had trouble going for years, try these! If you are on "the shot" and backed up, try these asap! They WORK!

These are great! They taste sweet, I could go without the sugar BUT they are defiantly safe to take. They are very effective. I have stomach issues that cause me backups and then that leads to even worse things. These are gentle on the stomach. I don't think they are sticky; I don't know if that was an issue with anyone else. I am going to keep getting these, may opt for a sugar free kind. I would say yes to value for the money

Taste was fine,no smell,easy to follow directions. This product does not address sleep. Functionality: it a couple of days to start working.

These are the worst-tasting gummies I've ever tried. They also look awful and the texture is gross. I haven't found them particularly effective, either. Will not buy again.

These taste okay but remember it’s not candy just because it’s a gummy. These are not super squishy, they stick to your teeth on all sides so brush, floss, & rinse if you took these at home…or suffer the discomfort of stickiness that it almost hurts. I don’t think it did anything for me, I wanted to settle some slight discomfort but I know should’ve increased my fiber like I normally do with whole foods like veggies and fruit or ate a quick snack bar with high fiber which cost less for real results! These gummies were an okay try, would I do it again???…NO, since my results for little to nothing.
