CS team has provided with a new pair of earbuds.

It's plugged in USB charger. In the app says Right bud fully drained. Left bud slowly draining out. Not charging, just blinking white. I don't know what it means but nothing in the manual. Edit: There are tiny stickers you have to remove. Not mentioned in manual, good thing I noticed. Working fine now, but I don't feel the noise canceling

Amazing sound quality even at the highest volume. Well refined and equalized

Calling range is impressive, allowing me to move around freely without losing connection.The battery life on these headphones is also impressive. I was able to enjoy hours of uninterrupted music before needing to recharge. And when it does come time to recharge, the process is quick and easy.Another great feature this is their built-in microphone. This allows for hands-free calling, making it convenient to take calls while on the go. The sound quality during calls is crystal clear.

Not recommended, low quality built, low battery life, and so good sound quality. For similar price you get much better earbuds

I use these every day and they work well. Not the best sound ever but for the price and my use (podcasts while I walk/work out) they’re great. Hold a charge way longer than another pair I had that were 10x the price.

I was pretty upset that I lost my Apple AirPods, and when I found out how much they were as a gift, my jaw dropped. But I was already addicted to ACTIVE noise canceling earbuds. These are an incredible substitute. They actually have the active noise canceling, that when they are off Silences all the sound in the room around you, and when they are on, you have the ability to filter noise in. There are a lot of other models that are not active noise canceling. I connect them to my desktop for gaming, I use them in the car. They are fantastic. One time I used them while jogging and there was some sort of Bluetooth mismatch, I put them in the case and took them back out and they started working just fine again. The one tricky thing with Bluetooth headphones is that when you go to use the microphone, they will switch into this low quality mono audio, but they switch right back when you disconnect. If you use these for gaming, your computer might have some technical difficulties and keep the microphone on at all times, and this sound might switch to the low quality mono-audio. So just disable microphone on your pc for this device and it should go back to excellent sound quality. I have a separate mic on my desktop to avoid this. (People with Bluetooth gaming headsets have the same issue - that’s why a lot of people still use wired gaming headsets).
