A better solution than using a glass protector on curved screen phones.
I should have bought this screen protector for my S8+ in the first place. I have a Blackberry PRIV with a curve screen and I installed an ArmorSuit matt protector. When I got my S8+, I tried a glass screen protector instead. I had gone through 4 of them. The first two was of different brands and both only had adhesive along the edges. These are easy to install and provide a bubble and air gap free viewing area. The issue is that these do not stay on the screen reliably. My first one popped out and cracked when I dropped my phone. My S8+ was not damaged as it had a case and the screen was also fine. As long as my phone screen is protected while the protector is cracked, I do not mind as protector is cheap. So, I went ahead and try another similar one from another manufacturer. The second one lasted longer but it did not stay glued on the screen after a few months. So, I use a little contact cement on the edges and continue to use it. The protector popped a few weeks ago while I was changing phone cases. I could have use contact cement fix again but I notice that the protector is a bit scratched up. That means that these glass protectors are not as hard as they claimed. I order a package of two glass protectors with full adhesive this time. That was a mistake. I spent 2 weeks trying to install the protectors and cracked them both. The problem is that the one I bought does not fit the screen. It looked like it fit but it did not. I could not get the curve edges down. There is no way I could press the edges down long enough to get them glue down. I even put rubber bands on to get the edges down. I placed the phone under a stack of books overnight also. Every day, I remove the rubber bands and the edges were still popping up. However, this condition improved and I managed to get rid of all the air gaps and bubbles other than one corner. I reduced the rubber bands and only placed them where the pressures were needed. I cracked both protectors while working on moving the bubbles out to the edges. I was unable to use my S8+ for 2 weeks, luckily this is my spare phone as I switched to a LG G7. I had no issue in installing a glass protector on the G7 but this S8+ was a nightmare. Quite a few of my phones and tablets have ArmorSuit protectors so, I ordered one. I thought I would be saving time by using a glass protector but no. Compare to the full adhesive curve screen proctor, this film protector is time saving. What was not expected is that there is may be 3 tiny air bubbles on the display even though I cleaned and cleaned the phone before installation. Since the protector was only installed a day ago, these tiny air bubbles might go away in a few more days. These bubbles are quite small and they are small enough that I could not take a good picture of showing them. The important thing is all the edges are glued down. If you have a phone with a curve screen, I would definitely recommend using this ArmorSuit product. All of my phones and tablets that have this film protectors are still on without any issue.

Great product and customer service!
I am a big fan of ArmorSuit and their screen protector product line. This is the only brand of screen protector I have used for the past 7 years on my Android devices and I continue to re-order from them each time I upgrade to a new phone. I don't really have another brand to compare them against but have been really satisfied overall. The installation is clear-cut and fast-- you turn off your phone, spray the liquid that's included on your fingertips and on the front and back of the screen protector, apply the adhesive side of the protector to your phone or device and slide it into position (making sure any holes/buttons are left uncovered), then use the included squeegee to smooth out any bubbles or wrinkles. You then leave the device turned off overnight while it dries and typically any remaining bubbles that resisted the squeegee will smooth themselves out by the morning. I like that the company provides video instructions to ensure that the protector is applied correctly the first time. Most newer phones are water resistant but even before with my older Android phone models, the small amount of liquid from the spray solution never damaged my phone which was something I was a little worried about at first. The touch screen works well with the screen protector on (and writing or drawing with the stylus is still smooth). I like that the protector sticks to the sides of the screen and stays down despite the curved edges of the Galaxy Note. One thing that I have found is that if you tend to take your phone case on and off a lot (or possibly even if you don't), the screen protector will eventually start peeling away from the phone on one side and will need to be replaced. Sometimes I've had the protectors last only a few months before needing a replacement but at other points the screen protector has lasted and been in good shape for over a year at a time. Since they are so inexpensive (especially compared to the really pricey ones I've seen at cell phone stores at the mall), I've never minded having to replace them periodically. I was really happy to see that this time two screen protectors came together in one pack so that I could replace mine once without even having to re-order. In the past I've used ArmorSuit's lifetime replacement program to order replacement protectors and have been happy with the customer service which was as promised-- they replaced the cover free of charge but I had to submit an order form and pay a few dollars for shipping. The best part about these screen protectors is that I've (so far) never had my screen crack when it's been dropped with the protector and a phone case on. My last phone was dropped and the screen cracked slightly in two places (before I had had a chance to put an ArmorSuit protector on it)-- I subsequently covered the cracked screen with an ArmorSuit screen protector and that prevented the cracks from EVER spreading over a period of several years until I upgraded to my new phone. I was really impressed since everything I read online said that the cracks in your screen will eventually start to expand no matter what you do! I'm convinced that it was the ArmorSuit screen protector that prevented the cracks from spreading and becoming more of a problem. I highly recommend this product and will continue using them for as long as they make screen protectors that fit my devices!

BUBBLE FREE!!! HURRAY!!!!! Update: gets little dents after a while
I just put this on! Only time will tell how it will hold up but this is one of the easiest to apply screen protectors I've used. Granted, I haven't used a screen protector on a phone for a few years. So maybe all protectors are this slick now. I don't know! But my last phone dropped three inches and the gorilla grass cracked. So for my new phone I figured, better add some protection. It has a little spray bottle of solution, microfiber cloth, and squeegee. There aren't any instructions in the box. You have to go to the website. Which is a little annoying, but whatevs. I washed my hands first with soap and hot water then rinsed in cold (don't know if it actually helps, but I've always done this ever since I handled and processed rolls of film). I didn't have a dust free room to put the shield on (who does?). But I laid out a few sheets of clean paper to work on. I followed the online video and things went fine. There are zero bubbles or bumps under the shield. I've never seen that before! I always dread putting screen protectors on because no matter how careful I am I always get a bubble or two and they drive me crazy. But not with this! You spray the shield and your finger tips with the solution which makes it so you can slide the protector around on the phone to place it just right. Then you squeegee it to get any bubbles or imperfections out. I had to dry it off part way with the microfiber cloth because the squeegee kept moving the protector. But it worked great after that. As it dried and I noticed slight imperfections in the light I squeegeed it again. And so on as I noticed them. Now after about ten minutes of drying and squeegeeing it's perfect. If you didn't know there was a protector on the phone I'm not even sure you'd be able to see it. Now the hard part will be waiting all night for it to dry completely before using my phone. UPDATE: I've been using this on my phone for over four months now. It is completely smooth and bubble free still. However, it is a little "soft". As in you can see little itty bitty nicks and dents in the material. They do appear to be somewhat self-healing though. For example, if I've had it in a pocket or purse with hard things (like keys or other electronics) I pull it out and it's covered in little tiny dents. They are pretty hard to see unless the light hits them just right. But after a few days, if it's been kept away from hard things, they are almost gone (almost, not completely). Which is kind of cool. But I would much prefer if it were a little more tough and didn't get dents at all. So for that I removed a star (my original review was five stars). I also had a corner peel up about two months ago. The corner near the center "home" button came up. It went back down and has stayed down, but you can see where it happened. It was when it was in a pocket all by itself too. So that's kind of a bummer. I'm sure the reason you can still see it is because it got some fabric fibers on it while it was in my pocket. I could probably take the whole protector off and reapply it, but that seems like more work than it's worth. I do think for my next screen protector I'll look into those "glass" protectors. But this still fits the bill of what I wanted. My screen is protected and my phone is perfectly usable.

The Best S7 Screen Protector with easy installion and no peeling with a case !!
When it comes to using a case with my valuable device, I always look to Armorsuit to provide me with most compatible screen protectors out there. Their case-friendly version is slightly slimmer around the edges, just allowing enough space between the case and the screen so that the screen protector would not be pushed along the edges after a case has been applied. In addition to that, the screen protector is designed to fit the device perfectly! Once it is on, you can't even tell there is a screen protector on the phone. It provides a glass smooth feeling with no bubbles presented. It also reduced a lot of fingerprints and the self-healing feature is excellent. The application was easy, especially after watching the video installation instruction. I recommend installing this product during the night time because it does take some time for the product to fully settle. The company recommends waiting up to 12-24 hours depending on your application process but I found that my screen protector was fully settled after a 6 hrs with a good night of sleep! Here is a general idea of how I personally installed this protector: 1) I cleaned my hands and wiped down my device with the microfiber cloth that was provided in the package. 2) I sprayed the finger tips with the solution spray and then sprayed the solution spray onto the screen protector, NOT the device! 3) I adjusted the screen protector so that it would align perfectly with all of the holes and cut outs 4) I used the squeegee to get rid of any excess solution and bubbles that might have formed during this process 5) I let the protector dry overnight and in the morning I was already using my device with no visible imperfections or bubbles anywhere! It was almost like there was no screen protector there at all. The best part was, now I can apply any case I want over my phone without having to worry about the edges lifting. Thank you Armorsuit, I will definitely be purchasing more of your products in the future.

READ ME IF YOU ARE LOOKING HARD FOR A GOOD SCREEN PROTECTOR
Getting a good screen protector is tough for a smart phone with a curved screen such as Galaxy S8 plus. After reading many reviews of both tempered glass and film screen protector, I decided to go with film because the film touches all parts of your screen whereas the tempered glass only adheres to the edges and there is an air gap between your screen and the tempered glass that reduces sensitivity and creates an annoying click click sound when tapping the tempered glass down against the screen in the middle. In looking for a good film screen protector, I decided to go with ArmorSuit because of its wet application method (I tried previous dry applications and the dry film always peeled off the curved edges). Things to note: 1) There are different size cuts: a) case friendly version leaves a gap around the edges intentionally, so do not think it was cut too small b) non-case friendly version, this does not work well with a case and have a high chance of bubbling up when touching the case c) sometimes Amazon packers ship out incorrect versions, so you receive Note size for galaxy 8, or galaxy 8 for galaxy 8 plus, or tempered glass (I think ArmorSuit only makes available tempered glass for iPhones), etc..., this is an Amazon issue, they are shipping incorrect items to you and has nothing to do with the quality of the product you are receiving. 2) Application is important. Best to apply in the bathroom. Layout a Bounty sheet on top of toilet to put your phone on. Turn on the vents to suck out dust. Turn on shower with hot water to steam the air for a few minutes, turn off shower afterwards, this will clean the air of dust since moisture pulls dust down to the ground. a) watch the video on how to apply b) there are two modifications I would make to the process i) when squeegeeing, be gentle and light, use finger tips to gently hold the screen protector down on the phone while lightly squeegee the air bubbles out. If you using too much force, the screen will move around and you will scratch the screen protector with the squeegee. Make sure spray the solution generously on the underneath of the screen protector when applying, and on top of the screen protector when squeegeeing. The good part is since this is a wet installation, you are allowed many redos, and you don't have to throw away the film just because you misaligned it on your first try. ii) when pressing down the edges of the screen protector, spend a little more time on this part, don't just slide your finger across the edge to push the film down but use your fingertips to hold the edges in places for 10-15 seconds for each section of the edge. then let dry for 24 hours, seriously you need to let it dry or the edges can become undone since there may still be liquid under the screen that may get forced under the edges if you start using your phone. Unfortunately there is no easy way to apply film screen protectors, and tempered glass screen protectors are easy to apply but have useability issues. If you are looking for a good film screen protector, and take pride in installing it on your phone meticulously, then this screen protector will work for you. After a few days the touch and sliding is smooth and the visibility is crystal clear. And please don't think this will protect your screen if you drop your phone, that is what a case is for. It's all very logical. Finally to add, ArmorSuit customer service is superb. You can contact them thru their website form, very easy, or call them. They are not robots, just tell them if you have any issues, be frank about it and tell exactly what the issue is, and they will do what they can to resolve your issue with sincerity. This is a 5 STAR product and company. Please ignore my 1 star rating as I wanted to help those researching this product. Hope this is useful to someone out there looking for a good screen protector.

I tried glass products and gave up, this looks like a keeper, so far
I did a repair of my Galaxy S7 and removed the previous glass shield thinking I could reuse it, but it cracked. Then I ordered a different glass shield and the product failed to come with adhesive backing or anything, making it impossible to use, so I returned it. So I have up on the glass shields, they often are falsely reviewed and don't come ready to use, and they aren't curved and don't conform to the curved edges of the S7 Non-Edge Screen. This product does, well, to an extent, and it's a good reason: It appears early versions of this shield were slightly larger and would come off with slip on case backs, thankfully, there is a mm or smaller area around the 4 edges that isn't covered and that is a GOOD thing, for you CAN use a slip-on case back with this current version. I installed this last night at this time, it is still curing but nearly done. So far, the feel isn't as slippery as glass, so that's a minor negative, but it looks beautiful, better than anything else. What comes in the kit is a flexible shield that is somewhat thin and pliable, a spray bottle of a solution that smells like alcohol is part of the mix, along with adhesive, a micro-cloth, and a really cool rubbery squeegie. What you do is avoid a dusty place (I ended up with one tiny dust particle, it's dusty here, I miss the clean room I used to work it!) Next, after cleaning and wiping down screen, you removed the backing from the pliable plastic screen piece and spary solution on it to where it is quite wet (I messed up and sprayed on the phone itself), and then, once you make sure the right end for the button is positioned, you slide it on top of the phone and slip it around until it is perfectly positioned. Then you squeegie it and reposition and do this a couple times and soon it will remain sticky in place, then you dab off liquid and let it cure for up to 72 hours give or take. It is beautiful. I'm not convinced it will sacrificially protect screen as well as glass, but the glass products suck, they don't fit right (I've tried 3 of them) and look awful. As a scratch protector, this seems like a sure thing, as a screen crack protector, maybe not as much, but obviously it will protect to an extent and partly because it will hold things together and act like a soft bumper. As far as sliding finger/touch feel, it isn't cured fully yet so I can't review that properly, but it doesn't feel as good as glass so far, but it looks great and the feel isn't all the bad, frankly, touch seems to work better with it, touches seem to behave better (?) I would say, recommend! If you want to avoid fake products that lack adhesive/mount material, want something that looks right, and something professional, this is it. Edit: Ok, so the protector is fully cured and I wanted to add to my comments. It is beautiful, shows through well. However, the feel is kind of rubbery and not slippery like glass. Sure it's easier to avoid dropping because of this, but touch-sliding isn't as nice as bare glass. I still say this is the product to buy buy buy.

Was a good screen protector...
UPDATE: I really liked these protectors so when I got a gouge in the latest, I ordered some more. Not at all happy with these. They are a lot thinner material than the previous purchase. I've gone past my 30 day return window or I would return the rest. This product does it's job. Not as fond of the thickness of the film at first because it has a drag to it, but as it wears some it seems have less of a drag. I'm not easy on my phone and drop it often and on gravel face down. It has protected the screen. The film has had cuts and gouges but no damage to the glass underneath. The installation couldn't be any easier and it sticks well. I don't have much problem with touch sensitivity or fingerprint reading. I do have to get my finger a little wet at times for it to read better. No more than usual without the film. The camera lens protector is great! Once again, my phone fell out of my back pocket and onto gravel. It shattered one of the portion of the lens but that's what it's designed to do. It shattered but my phone lens didn't. This is my second purchase of these for my phone. The great thing is that you get two to a box so if one gets a gouge, you can replace it. If not for the initial drag after the fresh install on the screen I would have given 5 stars.

Love it after 5mins of putting it on
First, I'm not paid for my review. I bought this myself for my personal use phone. I'm not new to the brand. I knew better than to buy another brand. My family has never had issues with them anytime we have bought them. I had a privacy one on for about 3 weeks. I hated every second of it. It never looked right. The screen had a strange look to it head on. The finger prints, omg! It was like the dang thing was always dirty! You had to actually wet it to get it clean. Just a soft cloth would never work. Looked horrible. Learned my lesson. I bought the matte one for my gs23 ultra. It's wonderful. I've had it on about a half hour and I'm so happy with it. It does have a, texture? It's not glassy smooth. But that's because the matte finish. I sometimes use swipe to text and you can hear a slight sliding sound of your finger across the screen. I am ok with that. Putting it on was easy. Follow the video online they give you. Clean screen, spray, peel spray, place, adjust, squeegee, wipe, pretty much. The only cutout is for the front camera. It's ever so slightly short. But I've never had any protector reach the full screen edges. The curved edges will take a little time to work their way down. You will have to give them a little help. Be patient. There's a warranty on it. Love that. No discoloration to the screen. No fog or haze. Just matte. If you understand that you'll be happy with it too. When watching a movie or video, you don't get that awful glare from the sun or lights. My finger print did need to be reset. It took a few tries for it to read upon set up. But no issues opening the phone yet. It maybe just be me, but when swiping for text I miss a letter or pull to early and get the wrong word. Then again my typing skills are not the greatest. No bubbles or dirt behind it. If anything new happens I will update but as of now I'm so so happy with it. I won't buy another brand again! Thank you!!

Not for curved devices
This may be a great product for non-curved devices. Just not this phone. I installed the film on the phone as instructed and with no problems but when the sides dried up they started lifting. I wrapped the phone in saran wrap to keep the sides in place overnight but as soon as I removed the wrap the sides lifted. I cannot be bothered with stuff that just do not work no matter how much hype companies create. I repacked everything and it's going back. My rating does not reflect the quality of the product for other applications, only mine. Two stars for quick and bubble-free installation. If you can make it work on this phone you're laughing!

this is far better, before this i have used spigen neoflex
compared to spigen neoflex, this is far better, before this i have used spigen neoflex, mob-Ac and baseus guards, none of the above is actually perfect with a case, if you are using samsung original case , it is ok but if you are using spigen case etc the chances of pushing the guard is much higher.. note:I have seen my spigen case pushing the guard at some places so i have moved back to my samsung case..

A genuinely case friendly screen protector
This is actually a great screen protector, I bought it quickly after buying my S8+ and although I am becoming a bit of an expert at fitting these things, having bought, and tried many in the last week or two - this one was a little tricky. Perhaps I used too much of the liquid they give you, but I couldn't get the protector to sit still on the screen when I was using the squeegy to get the liquid off. Anyway, eventually I figured it out, and the protector sat nicely, no smudges, bubbles or dust, and there was no loss of sensitivity when using the screen. It was also case friendly for my Spigen Tough Armour case, had no issues with the two being on the phone at the same time. I have to say that in the end I opted to go for a tempered glass cover for my phone, as I am just too clumsy and paranoid to risk it, but if I wanted a screen protector, this would be very high on the list
