Some things on the watch do not work. I have tried to look into the manual for troubleshooting where it is mentioned to contact them, however i could not find in the leaflet any email address or contact number. I checked on google as well but could not find technical support.

Not easy to charge and so far not working since I bought

Das erste Gerät nach knapp einem Jahr nicht mehr gestartet. Keine Antwort auf Beschwerden. Zweite Uhr direkt danach gekauft und ebenfalls nach einigen Monaten enttäuscht. Keine Antwort bei Beschwerde. Nie wieder. Schlechte Qualität. Bei der zweiten Akku Probleme und Ortung unpräzise.

El tiempo que ha estado en casa ha funcionado bien, hasta que el reloj ha sido sumergido en la piscina y no ha vuelto ni a encenderse. Por tanto, NO es resistente al agua. Ahora tengo un reloj que ni siquiera enciende, no tiene ni 30 días...

La batteria non regge tutto il giorno, a distanza di un anno la durata si è praticamente dimezzata, la precisione del GPS pessima, localizza mio figlio a Km di distanza dalla sua reale posizione. Anche l'aggiornamento della posizione tramite wifi risulta lenta e poco precisa. È diventato praticamente inutilizzabile. Ultimamente non si riesce ad aggiornare wapp...... proverò a chiedere all'assistenza clienti

Tombe en pane souvent, batterie pas d'autonomie, perte du signal... je regrette de l'avoir acheté, je vais essayer de trouver une solution pour l'envoyer et de me faire rembourser !!!!
