These are super good! They contain natural sweet xylitol and no unhealthy ingredients. They’re too hard to crunch into you until you let them melt a bit and I like that as long as I don’t forget, because they last. In fact the package lasts a very long time and I use 3 at a time! The flavoring is real cinnamon oil - who needs cinnamon ‘flavored’ food when all real cinnamon tastes like cinnamon (?). Recommended for a flavorful healthy sweet anytime. I’m getting another package.

UPDATE: tried more of the other flavors: the lemon are nasty, taste like a fake lemon air freshener/chemical-ish.. the peppermint is also not very good, very strong bitter flavor, no sweetness whatsoever.. the cinnamon is outstanding, by far our favorite, strong and flavorful till the last piece melts or is chewed.. overall, the cinnamon will be our repeat flavor, which i just bought the 1000 bag yesterday.. These truly are DELICIOUS berry mints, sweet and no aftertaste to me.. just got them today and already back to order the lemon ones to try too.. do got to be careful how much you eat of these since xylitol can send you to bathroom AND if you have dogs and are not a careful person than do NOT get these, xylitol is toxic to dogs..

My family and I use these mints every day after every meal and between meals. They are very refreshing and give us peace of mind knowing that they help with our dental health. A word of caution- keep away from pets especially dogs.

Very small mint in a very small bag. Dissolves very quickly which does not wirk for me as i purchased for dry mouth. Great if you want a quick refresh for your breath. Not worth the money!
