I use these for my heavy periods and they are amazing. Free bleeding isn't for everyone but it helps tremendously with cramping relief. Others were stiff and tight around my legs. These are very soft, comfortable, and breatheable. They feel more like a cross between underwear and a bathsuit, but seamlessly protect you. They wash easily and quickly. I have 3 and my only issue is I use 3 a day so I'm washing alot. Will be purchasing more once on sales and whatnot. Seriously amazing for my body. I've used tampons since I was 9 and never tried anything else. I can't do cups. This is the best, natural alternative. Highly recommend for all women!!!! Also no granny butt in these!

Got these a few weeks postpartum as wearing only pads was very irritating. These work well and are just what I needed. Soft, comfortable, and I’m not worried about leaking. I know I’ll get some use out of them once my period comes back as well.

I purchased Knix when they first came on the market back in 2019 or so, and mine are finally wearing out so I figured it was time to get new ones. I bought this 3 pack and they are AWFUL. I bought a medium which is the size I had already, but they are extremely tight. Additionally, the gusset is very bulky and uncomfortable to wear. I’m extremely disappointed and would not recommend purchasing.

Great absorption. I find the waistband to be a little thin and when I’m bloaty it can feel a little tight or make the fit look kinda unflattering. I’d definitely recommend the brand and will try their other shapes.

I resisted these period undies, because it seemed gross. But I now I tell others about these as a game changer. Frankly they feel cleaner and more hygienic than pads/tampons, wonderful at night, love them for the gym days. The material is smooth and silky. Just wish they were not so spendy as would buy more. But I guess you get what you pay for! I just have these saved on my wish list and watch for a sale again!

I meant to order the medium not the super. They are too thick for me but I still wear the although too thick, that was my mistake these panties are very comfortable and do not ride up my butt crack. I recommend the light and medium. The super are for heavy periods or incontinence that is completely incontinence.

I really wanted to like these but I unfortunately did not. I felt that the “liquid” didn’t fully absorb into the padded part and because of that, it easily moves up toward the top and back of the unpadded part where it is very thin and can easily seep through. Maybe it would be better if the padded part extended all the way up on both sides but I’m not sure. They are comfortable for the most part and I may keep them to wear on very light days or as a secondary layer of protection but I wouldn’t trust them just by themselves during regular to heavy days.

Very leaf proof only problem is it’s a bit bulky.
