Bought this product as a replacement for the stock charger my ASUS laptop came with after the original spent the last year gradually sundowning. Initial satisfaction was relatively high despite short charging cable — but some problems became apparent within two weeks of purchase, primarily that the 5mm jack that plugged into my laptop was getting loose. Not a huge problem, and one I was willing to suffer for a working charger — but more than I’d like to deal with. Tonight I pulled the charger out of its plug socket only for the plug section to break clean off of the power assembly. The wires were still secured, but playing around with an open casing is asking for trouble — be very cautious about the durability of this charger when buying.
