I absolutely love this product! I have rosacea and I had read that Liposomal Glutathione could possibly help with the deep pink/red in my skin. Well... let me just say that it is working. Living in FL, the sun can do a number on your skin. I have been taking liposomal for 4 months and I can see some positive change in my skin. This is no fountain of youth, but I am happy with the results. Do not expect instant or major changes because there is no product out there that can actually provide either. I've had no side effects and the pills are easy soft gels to swallow. My only negative is the last shipment of pills were melted together into a giant blob. I had to carefully break them apart and hope the heat exposure did not reduce the effectiveness. You can see they ended up looking like raisins.

I bought and took 2 bottles of this product. It didn't seem to do much for me, I did not notice much difference when I took it. HOWEVER, I purchased the same brand of liquid/sublingual liposomal glutathione and found it really worked well. I believe it absorbs into the body much, much better than the softgels. I noticed a huge difference for the better with the liquid and believe it's the way to go. They claim 98% absorption into the body.
