The built-in battery that stores the last printed number and time may have run out. Replace the battery can fix this problem.

Is the machine limited to printing a single queue ticket per button press?

Yes, one ticket prints per button press by default. If need to print multiple tickets at once, use the software to modify the printer's "print times" to another value. For example, set it to 2 will print two copies of the same ticket each time.
