Fantastic item. Easy to put together and good quality materials. Fire itself is realistic and the fan is very quiet.

Beautiful fire and surround. Was delivered in 2 boxes on different days, not stated when ordered. However worth the wait. A little noisy when heater is on, but the heat it gives out is well worth it. Definitely value for money. The seller was also very responsive, when messaged.

would reccomend this fire , easy to use , does everything it says in the advert , makes a plain room look very homely and cosy , no operating problems with remote , very easy and clear instructions , modern look to the fire surround , perfect for me , just what i wanted , i had researched many fires but this met all my expectations and requirements .

Really nice, smart looking fireplace. I was pleasantly surprised, for the price we paid. Took two people a while to assemble. Not particularly difficult, just quite a few bits involved. Other reviews say the fan heater is noisy, but compared to my last one it’s barely noticeable unless you are stood right next to it. I can’t seem to find a way to have the ambient light at the bottom on independently of the fire flame effect though, which is a shame. I’d have the light on all year, but I only like the flames on when it’s cooler outside. Overall a great buy for the money. Would recommend.

Have had this fire for nearly a year now and it has been a joy. Makes a really nice focal point in the room, the shelf space underneath can be used for anything. It is a fan heater and like all of them it makes a noise but it's not excessive - turn the TV volumn up a notch or two and we don't notice it. The flame effect is lovely.

Over 80 screws to put in but easy to assemble as all parts are lettered.

Very lovely fireplace. We love the fact we can have the fire glowing without the heat. Very calming. It looks smart in our living room, and suits the room as the older one was much too big for the space. It fits in lovely. Easy to remove glass and clean inside of it, if required. (Ask seller for instructions).
