It is so soft, perfect and as shown in picture. It was a great gift for my mom. It is light weight but cozy at the same time.

If I could give this product a “6” I would. The material is soft, yet drapes well. It can be worn different ways. Since I’m 5’0” I felt the shawl was wearing me. No problem. I folded it in half and is still laid flat across my back and shoulders. This is mid-weight, so is best worn in milder weather -not snow.

Lightweight and warm. Love the color.

It took 3 tries to get one of these without obvious flaws (pulled fabric, a random black thread right in front), but it is lovely. Very soft, lightweight, warm without being hot, drapes beautifully. Noticed that after two washes it’s not looking as smooth as it was, but it’s still good material. I might consider another in a different color if this one holds up after several washes.

This is a lovely piece and is wonderfully soft but the edges are raveling. I washed it once (alone, in a bag, on gentle) and it came out with both corners shredded and numerous other places along the edges unraveling. It also wrinkles easily. update months later: This is pretty and versatile but the quality is just JUNK. It wrinkles badly and the "hem" has shredded. It (the hem) is so tiny that it can't be hand-sewn to fix (won't match) but would require rehemming the entire thing. Update several months after the last one. The quality of this is really shoddy, including that it is now pilling and looks shabby. However, the design is so good and the material so soft that I actually bought two more. Just like the first, washing caused the hem to shred and the appearance to go downhill. But, as an old lady who doesn't get out much in public, these are easy and comforting to wear at home. For that reason, I upgraded the stars from one to two. Update more than a year later: After sewing up the raveling edges, I wear these all the time because they are SOOO comfortable and a shawl is so easy to wear. I tend to leave mine hanging over the handles of my walker (I’m an old lady) so I always have something to wear if the AC is too cold when I go out. They wrinkle terribly but if you hang it up, the wrinkles fall out. But, after all this time, I have stopped caring if its wrinkled. The comforting feeling of it grows on one. Now, I have bought the one with the pearls for nicer occasions. It is soooo lovely. I will just have to wear it standing it up so it never gets wrinkled.
