This console is pretty nice. Good graphics and fast loading. I especially like the backwards compatibility. Your old PS4 games will run on this console. The controllers rock! Definitely recommend playing astro bot to check out all the new abilities the controllers are equipped with. It's a free game to download. Here's what I don't like. It's extremely big. Nearly twice the size of the PS4 pro I have. It's fans are loud, really loud. The disc drive is upside down. So you'll find yourself struggling not to smudge or scratch your discs when inserting them in the console. Weird I know. The internal memory upgrades are way expensive. Nearly $300 for 2tb. External drives won't work for PS5 games. If they say they will, don't trust it. All the other accessories are pretty expensive too. Like everything else, the prices keep rising. Gaming might be a rich person's hobby soon.😧 Last thing is to make sure you have a TV capable of running the console. It'll run on older tvs but with the price tag so high It doesn't seem worth the upgrade. At least not from a PS4 pro.

My son LOVED receiving this for his 14th birthday, in pristine condition, nicely packaged, has functioned well. The only issue we had was that the cord that was included for the controller was only a charging cable and would not allow the controller to sync up during the initial set-up, but that was quickly remedied when Mom thought about swapping the cord out for her iPhone charger and disaster was averted!

Bought it for my boyfriend, tried to charged it from different charging points and it DIDNT WORK. DONT BUY THIS AT ANY COST ITS A FRAUD its literally not working at all neither the controller nor the ps5 itself this is such a scam, im trying to contact the seller to get a reimbursement because IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY, THEY SELL IT FOR ALMOST THE SAME AMOUNT AS THE NEW ONE YET THIS ONE DOESNT EVEN TURN ON.

Great buy saved a few bucks got a lot of good use so far out of it

I was honestly impressed with this refurbished PlayStation 5. It arrived very well packaged, looked almost brand new, and had no defects at all. Everything works perfectly and setup was easy. Great option if you want to save money without sacrificing quality.

I'll start by saying there customer service saved them from a one star review. Product was ordered April 22 and the carrier did not receive tell the following week ( I love to track my packages ) I received the PS5 May 5th ( no stand) used it for a week on it's side and it green screened and wouldn't boot on May 27th thought trouble shooting and support It was determined The liquid metal needs replying a known issue with the PS5. Why this was not done when Renewed/refurbished is anyone's guess. Amazon customer service was GRATE. Sellers customer service offered an exchange/ repair, But sadly they Opted to do a refund With out contacting me. when I questioned this in chat there clime was we can't repair it and we have no others in stock. This is ok as I don't think I would want another Renewed/Refurbished product from them if they can't figure out something simple as adding liquid metal to a processor. 2 starts customer for being kind and responding quickly, 1 start product as It when down with in a 3 week time span do to something that should have been checked and fixed when Renewing/Refurbishing. Hope this helps the next person.
