Does this work on spots?

Yes it's great for spots especially if you pick them as it's antibacterial and helps heal it quicker - I use it for blackheads, spots and rashes it's literally magic cream it's amazing

in how many days it will work?

I've been using for last 4 months and I've still got half a tub left. it's a huge pot will last forever.... Ps. I use it as a nappy rash cream so put it on my little girl after each nappy change, which is about 5 times a day. My baby not once had a nappy rash :)
