As a man, I was initially skeptical about trying out the JOYSPELS Women's High Waisted Gym Shorts, but boy, am I glad that I did! These shorts have completely changed my gym routine, making it not only more comfortable but also visually enhancing. The fabric is incredibly stretchy and soft, so it fits like a second skin. No chafing, no riding up, just pure comfort. The high waist design provides excellent tummy control while still being breathable, even during intense workouts. But the real game-changer here is the butt lifting design. I never thought I'd rave about a pair of shorts making my male bottom look better, but here we are! It really gives that extra boost and shape I never knew I wanted. Another plus is the shorts' practicality - the pockets are deep enough to hold my phone, keys, or wallet securely. Ideal for running, cycling, or doing yoga, but they're also casual enough for everyday wear. The JOYSPELS Gym Shorts may be marketed towards women, but I'd argue that they're just as beneficial and comfortable for men. These are a nice pair of shorts for the price. They are great for the gym, but the are not seamless. I have been using for upper body days rather than lower body workouts, as my preference is to wear seamless shorts for lower body. They are a nice and flattering pair of shorts though, and nice for non-gym wear too. They sit really nicely high-waisted.

Absolutely love these, they fit great. Super stretchy and comfortable love the side pockets my samsung s23 ultra just about fits in them so if you have a smaller phone then it'll fit fine great for keys or airpods etc. The scrunch is very subtle and doesn't sit right up there which I like. They are squat proof I've tried with different coloured underwear and can't see anything though. I have some fat on my upper thighs and they don't dig in but I do have to adjust after sitting as they roll up slightly. But don't really much after walking around other than that I absolutly love them.

For the price, it's worth it. This is my second purchase and I might order a couple more in the future. I usually wear it to work out or under skirts/frocks. It's comfortable, breathable, and fits me perfectly. It rides up a bit while walking but very slightly. It doesn't roll up or anything and stays mostly in place so it doesn't cause any chaffing. Easy to wash, easy to dry. It starts getting a bit of lint on the inner thighs after many months of regular wear but it's not a lot and I just use my lint remover on it sometimes. Overall, it's pretty good and worth the money.

Very good fit , high quality item

These are amazing. They are super quality and so so soft. They have pockets on each side for your Phone or other items. I wear mine under my dress for a smoother fit. They are perfect for my gym classes either on there own or with jogging bottoms over. I thoroughly recommend these Butt lift (and they do what they say!) shorts.

Very nice fit and great material

These are really comfortable but I deducted 1⭐️ because the legs creep up a little. However, I love having somewhere to put my phone/keys/cards in the summer when wearing a dress with no pockets. No hand bag needed and no way you’ll get pick pocketed!
