Taste okay. A bit too sweet.. but ok.. It's not dippable in coffee or tea.. I got one almond flavour by mistake in the chocolate pack.. which I didn't like at all I am not diabetic but I think please don't use it in the morning as advertised. As eating sweet things first thing in the morning inc blood sugar.. Okay replacement for normal cookies.. if u are someone who is searching for a cookie replacement may be okay.. for a flourless cookie good replacement..
