Are these 70 or 71cent stamps?

Hello, these are Two Ounce stamps so they will always be equal to the value of a two ounce, first class letter in the U.S. As of January 21, 2018 that value is 71 cents. The stamps can be used to mail a letter, or towards the total postage cost of any USPS shipment. Thank you.

Are these nonmachinable stamps?

Hello, these are marked "two ounce" stamps however they have the same value as non-machineable rate stamps (both are 70 cents as of January 2019) so it can be used for either purpose. All USPS stamps can be used towards any USPS shipment, based on their face value.

I am curious to know if i can use these as international stamps? these popped up when i was searching for them, but i am not sure! it's for my wedding

Yes but you would need to have total value of $1.40 current as of 7/20/22. The value today of these stamps is Corsage stamps is $0.84. so you would need to use two of these stamps for an international letter or add .56 cents in additional stamps. You could use one Celebration Corsage and one Celebration Boutonniere stamps and that would be just .04 cents over, which works.

It works! To be honest, I'm among the generation who doesn't really know how to send mail. Most of the time, I Google like crazy before giving up and going to the post office (even for simple letters). I think these were the stamps with the best bang for your buck on Amazon at the time of purchase (April 2021). Stuck this on a standard sized envelope filled with a small packet of papers (about 10 sheets?) and they were delivered no problem. I probably overpaid on postage but the convenience of not having to go to the post office (which has had extremely reduced hours and long lines since covid) was worth it.
