This was my perfect B vitamin supplement. I wanted methylated forms of B5 and B12, and P5P form of B6 and not too much (causes nerve damage and some supplements go way overboard). I wanted TTFD and benfotiamine forms of B1. I did not want additional vitamins or supplements that I might already be taking elsewhere. This is the ONLY vitamin I have found that has everything in the forms I want. I do feel it gives me day time activating energy so maybe don’t take at night. Last I checked it was no longer available on Amazon.

Has only the good ingredients of vitamin b and complements well with TTFD 100mg supplement. Perfect for people who generally wants vitamin b boost.

I've been taking it for a month now and I feel great. I've taken other B complexes before, but this is the first one that I can feel. The label states "methylfolate" but does not specify whether it is the L-5-methylfolate form or the racemic form. Other B complexes typically state whether it is using a trademarked version of methylfolate, which would confirm whether it is the L-5-methylfolate form or the racemic form. I feel great, so at this point, it doesn't really matter.

This product enhances my core strength and improves stamina during strength training.

This is the best theanine. Please do some research and see how much it is needed and how many issues it helps. I’m very grateful to have found this product.
