Load of rubbish
I brought these for my grandsons birthday and they didn’t even work, I don’t believe they should be selling something they know do not work as they most read the reviews and I will be contacting trading standards

Disappointing sound
Sound is terrible on these. No ability to adjust it. You have to have it up at your ear to hear the other person and it’s a struggle at that. Very disappointed. Not usable in my opinion. I found it very hard to get at the battery pack too. Had to take off the red clip to gain access. They require 9V batteries

It doesn't work
I bought this product for my little cousin who loves playing with Spiderman toys. I was really sad to find out that the toy requires 9V batteries (which no-one has lying around), after buying and installing the batteries the toy didn't work. It makes a subtle buzzing sound when the speaker button is pressed, but does nothing (and yes, I tried all possible battery permutations). I would call it a scam, but I'm not if I can given I received the product. However, please save yourself the trouble and disappointment and get a different toy that works.
