Does everything I need and connects to Google Fit!
I am so impressed with this watch. My son and I both bought one. I have a Google Pixel phone and he has an iPhone. I know it works well with the iPhone, because he has had no complaints, but I don't have any more details than that regarding the iPhone connection. As for Android, my primary food tracking app is MyFitnessPal. That app is amazing and well worth using. The app for this watch is not one that will directly connect to it, but the workaround is so simple. Connect the VeryFit app to Google Fit and Google Fit will pass the data along to MyFitnessPal! The only hiccup I ran into was that one night MyFitnessPal did not pull the step count as fast as I wanted and there isn't a simple way to make it refresh the data. It might have happened on its own eventually, but I was impatient. Disconnecting from and reconnecting to Google Fit, refreshed the data right away. I've only "had" to do that once. Otherwise the connection is very stable. The battery life is excellent and it recharges quickly. I use the sleep tracking so I virtually always have it on. I plug it in when I shower and that is plenty to keep it charged. I love that it is waterproof and I wear it during water aerobics with no problem. Seriously, for the price it is an amazing device. If I have any complaint at all, it would be that the paperwork that comes with it, while descriptive enough to get you started, doesn't go into near enough detail about all the functions this thing can do. I use this watch all the time and I still don't know what all the options mean and looking up the answers is not as easy as I would like. I picked this particular smart watch because of the good reviews and low price and I don't regret it for a second. Originally I planned on getting a FitBit, but since I have rarely ever worn a watch I decided on starting with this cheaper option to get a feel for it with the idea of upgrading later. Turns out, I am totally satisfied with this one and really don't see the need to pay more for something else.

Exceptional Value Meets Top-Notch Technology!
I recently purchased the 45mm model, and I must say, it has completely exceeded my expectations, especially considering its price tag of just $16 on sale! Right out of the box, the AMOLED touchscreen offers stunning visual clarity. The display is crisp and easily readable even in direct sunlight, adding a touch of elegance while being incredibly lightweight and unobtrusive on the wrist. As someone who's used various Android devices, this smartwatch stands out with its remarkable battery life. After three days of extensive use, I haven't even needed to charge it yet, which is impressive! The heart rate monitor and sleep tracker function seamlessly, providing insightful data into my sleep patterns and daily activity, including deep sleep and awake times. It even tracks blood oxygen saturation and stress levels without a hitch. I'm blown away! The personalized watch faces are a fun touch, with over 100 options plus the ability to use images from my own photo album. The IP68 waterproof rating is robust enough for daily water encounters like swimming or washing hands without any worries. I was hesitant to shower with it at first, but it has made it through its first today! Sports enthusiasts would appreciate the multiple sports modes that cater to both outdoor and indoor activities, allowing real-time stats tracking right on your wrist. Also, the smart notifications for calls, SMS, and apps keep me connected without having to constantly reach for my phone. I appreciate the VeryFit application that pairs with the smartwatch. The app organizes all my health and fitness data in an aesthetically pleasing and incredibly functional manner. It’s not just the clarity and beauty of the presentation, but also how intuitively one can navigate through the data. Whether it’s tracking my sleep quality, monitoring heart rate, or reviewing workout summaries, everything is laid out clearly and accessibly. This makes it a joy to use daily, enhancing my overall experience with the smartwatch. After being thoroughly impressed with its performance and features, I've gone ahead and bought another two watches for family members. For anyone looking for an affordable smartwatch that doesn’t skimp on functionality or style, this is undoubtedly a top recommendation. It's a true gem! 💎

Watch is very cool! The app however...
I'm still figuring it out. So far, it's not saving my steps. Once it hits midnight... woosh! GONE! There's no chart showing improvement in the app. It says synced but I can't find the synced info. Again, just got it. Need to figure it out completely still. I will have to just forget the app and just record the watch steps each day before midnight. That's fine too. I only got it as a pedometer. Tonight I'm gonna check out the SLEEP function and see if it saves in the app. Visually, it is very sharp. The band is flexible and soft. I forget I'm wearing it! I like the screen responsiveness when I look at it. I don't have to hit the button all the time. It uses very little power. It's been on for just over 48 hours and is at 57% still. That's convenient. Charges quickly. The price tag for what it does is very affordable. Oh! The app has all these cool face designs. I may keep the app for that! I like it! Hopefully, I can figure out how to get the app to log my progress.

Worthless
This watch is total garbage but that's what I get for being cheap. Why? Let me tell you. 1. You can change the face, that's so nice right? Until you learn you can't change the color of size of the date/time, so you can't see anything anyway. 2. The very next screen is heartbeats per minute. Is this really the most important thing to have as the very first screen from the clock? Especially if it NEVER WORKS? I have to hit MEASURE if i want it to do anything. 3. The next screen is blood oxygen level. Seriously that's the most important thing after BPM? It does not work unless you hit measure and sit still for 90 seconds. 4. Next is sleep. This would be super if it was accurate. It constantly tells me that I get 9 or 10 hours of sleep. Totally inaccurate. 5. Next is weather. It says no info or it gives me a random reading in Celsius. No matter how many times I reset it, reboot it, stop and start the app and make sure it says Fahrenheit, I get a random Celsius reading. Sometimes. Completely worthless screen. 6. The next screen is music. What does the screen even do? It will show you if you're playing a song on your phone, but that's it. Why would I need to read it on my phone? Frequently, if a song is playing, the wash can't even get that info off my phone either. 7. If you scroll through the screens you get one options menu. If you unlock the watch you get a different options menu. Why not just show all of it? This watch might be good if you're a runner you need to measure your oxygen levels and you're okay with stopping for 90 seconds to get a reading. Otherwise it was completely useless to me and I returned it.

Amazing watch at a great price!
Very easy to setup, connected right to my phone with the app, looks stylish, measuring my heart rate is a breeze at the tap of a button and it will take measurements all day if needed, the more things it measures the faster the battery dies, won’t measure sleep unless you have it on in just the right position but other than that it was an amazing deal!

Decent for $25
I bought this on sale for about $25. It says it measures steps, blood oxygen, heartbeat, stress, sleep (wide awake, light, deep & REM), as well as tracking your cycle. I don't think this is worth the full price, & am considering returning it as I'm not sure it accurately tracks any of the above (except cycle - I don't use this for that). I use 2 other apps to track my steps & all 3 give me different counts (2 definitely use GPS, so that's potentially why). I have no way to verify accuracy of the blood ox, stress (not even sure how it measures that?) or sleep. However, it has shown me in a light sleep when I know for sure that I was awake & indicated I was in REM when I clearly remember being conscious enough to hear someone else's alarm going off. Also, the pattern of light/deep/REM sleep does not seem to track with what I've been taught is typical during sleep, but I do have cats so it's possible they are affecting my sleep cycle without me knowing. I've checked my stress levels a few time when I was feeling stressed/anxious & it read as either "normal" or "relaxed". It's possible I'm not wearing the watch in the exact position it wants (1 finger span in front of my wrist bones) as it's not always comfortable to wear it there and it takes forever for the stress to be recorded. Heartbeat seemed accurate, but I haven't doubled checked it. The "continuous monitoring" is not, in fact, continuous. Yu still have to manually tell the watch to take a reading, which is not what my understanding of "continuous" is. You can track workouts from the watch, but it's hard to find the exercise you're looking for was there's at least 3 different menus for workouts & no description anywhere as to what is under each menu. The app is easy to maneuver and download. Pairing was a breeze (I had to do a factory reset, so it's possible mine had been returned? everything seemed new when I opened the box, tho). The app constantly asks to pair with the watch to allow for phone calls, texting and other notifications to go to the watch - I have not found a way to turn this off which makes opening the app extremely annoying & a little tedious since the first 1-2 minutes is avoiding that (i did not want these features enabled & only got the watch for the health monitoring options) Initial charge was fast. it's a bit large on my wrist, but the band is comfortable. There are multiple "home/lock" screens available that display different information and styles. The charging cable can be a bit fiddly; I found it easiest to keep the watch face down otherwise the cable would fall off. I don't think there is an export feature (haven't looked that hard for it), which does potentially limit usability if data needed to be shared with a Dr. Overall, for $25, not bad (assuming all health information collected is accurate). I'd might be willing to buy it around $45, but definitely for the full price of around $125 as of the writing of this review.
