Initially, I went through a couple of less-than-stellar bottles, but OXO has proven its mettle. What really impressed me is the sheer sturdiness of these bottles. They're not just strong; they're like the heavyweights of the squeeze bottle world. They've stood the test of various uses without a single leak. The flow is just right – controlled and consistent, exactly what I need. The evolution from the original set in 2019 to the outdoor set is noteworthy. The newer versions come with screw-on lids, which are a huge upgrade. These lids cling to the bottles like they're guarding a treasure, ensuring nothing spills out accidentally, especially when I'm on the go. And the price? It's like finding a diamond at the cost of a quartz. At $12 for two, it's a fantastic deal considering the quality and versatility these bottles offer. To sum up, the OXO squeeze bottles are a top-tier choice. They tick all the boxes for strength, functionality, and reliability. Whether it's for kitchen use, outdoor activities, or any situation where you need a dependable squeeze bottle, these are a sure bet.

Must have for wok and/or griddle cooking. Work well. Thick enough and strong. Nice flip/safety cap too. Great for oils, water, soy sauce, etc. Essentials you need handy and ready when cooking on the wok or griddle.

I’m using these for oil and soy sauce when cooking hibachi style on a Blackstone griddle and they are great. Easy to open and close one handed and they don’t leak. Wish they came with additional small tops instead of just one large and one small. (Though the large one is probably great for thick things like ketchup)

I generally like OXO products and own quite a few that I use constantly — especially their angled top-view measuring cups — so I had pretty high expectations for these. And to be fair, the bottles themselves seem well made and thoughtfully designed. I just ultimately realized this style of kitchen workflow isn’t really for me. I initially bought these for sauces, syrups, oils, and similar cooking prep tasks. On first use they actually worked great. The squeeze action is good, they feel much nicer than the cheap restaurant supply bottles, and they’re clearly designed to be reusable rather than disposable. The problem came later when dealing with leftovers and storage. If I used something perishable and then stored the bottle in the fridge, cleanup became a chore once the contents eventually went bad or sat too long. Sauces and syrups can get surprisingly annoying to fully clean out of squeeze bottles, especially compared to something simple like a mason jar that opens completely and can be scrubbed easily. That put me in an awkward middle ground: * they’re too nice to treat as disposable * but cleanup is enough work that I often avoided reusing them So they either: * got thrown away when I didn’t want to deal with cleaning them * or sat around taking up shelf space unused Neither outcome felt great. Ironically, I still regularly use a squeeze bottle for cooking oil, where the contents are stable long-term and cleanup is rarely needed. I think that’s probably the ideal use case for products like this: * oils * less-perishable sauces * high-turnover prep items * situations where leftovers aren’t sitting around for weeks For my actual cooking habits though, I almost always end up going back to mason jars because they’re just easier to clean, store, reuse, and throw in the dishwasher without thinking about it. I’m only taking off one star because I don’t think the product itself is bad. A lot of this honestly comes down to how I cook and organize my kitchen. If you already use cheap squeeze bottles regularly and like that workflow, these are probably a worthwhile upgrade. But if you’re just considering squeeze bottles because you’ve seen restaurant chefs or YouTube cooks using them, I’d maybe experiment with cheaper ones first to see whether the system actually fits how you cook before investing in nicer reusable versions like these.

I love storing my homemade condiments in glass jars... but they don't squeeze very well, lol. The real hero of these bottles are the lids. I can't adequately describe how much I love the way they just snap closed so easily and satisfyingly. The mouth of the bottle is wide enough to fill, the cap is two pieces that are easy to both assemble and clean, and the size of the bottles is great for all my recipes - about a pint. They fit neatly in the narrow refrigerator door shelves. The bottles are sturdy enough while being easy to squeeze. I am very, very happy with these.

These bottles surprised me with how thoughtfully made they are. The nozzle gives a smooth, consistent squeeze for sauces, oils, or dressings, and the snap-on cap fits snugly and stays put, which keeps things clean and leak-free. I’ve stored liquids in them overnight and haven’t had any issues with drips or clogs. They’re also easy to refill and clean, and the plastic feels durable without being too stiff. Great for everyday kitchen use or even for more precise applications like plating or meal prep. Solid set that does exactly what it promises—and does it well.

These soft squeeze, easily flexibly bottles are just what I needed for my thicker dressings. The original bottles would pour out so fast and we had a lot of waste of expensive dressings. These will also be great for homemade sauces with bits if herbs, etc that can clog some very fine squeeze bottle spouts. The larger spout os over 6mm in diameter while the the smaller one is 3 mm. Tops are interchangeable,too, allowing either size for your favorite sauce. I have some other bottles with finer spouts which work for true liquids like oils, vinegars, etc but I needed these for the thicker sauces containing seeds and herbs. The pack of 2 sizes was economical compared with buying a single bottle in a supermarket. * I am updating this Review because I purchased a single of the large (16 ounce)size bottles. This one arrived with the narrower spout. I spoke with the oxo company and learned that the wide spout opening is only available in the two pack. So if you need the wide opening, be sure to order the two pack and not a single bottle.

As a bartender, I have a lot of experience with different squeeze bottles and their common failure points. These bottles fix all of the problems I’ve seen with the various brands I’ve used. Once we brought them into my bar, I bought my own and couldn’t be happier. The two piece lid is ingenious and turns the spout into a proverbial gasket, putting tension on both the spout but more importantly the threads, creating a perfect seal. The plastic on the body is much thinner that the plastic on top and bottom, allowing you to create pressure and displace the contents without warping or affecting the structure of the bottom or the threads. Not once in the dozens of these I’ve used have I seen a leak. Beware that the particular set I purchased has a very wide spout and is not very suitable for syrups and is especially overkill for low viscosity liquids like juices. Definitely worth the markup over other options.

I use these for when I make salad dressing and sauces. I also use them to store maple syrup and oil. The plastic has the right amount of “give” so you can easily squeeze them. No leak at all on the lids.

The LARGE bottle is’nt that large.

I love that I can control the amount of oil I need using these squeezy bottles. They are leak-proof from the cap but not necessarily from the spout. They are also easy to clean. Would be nice to have additional labels since I use diff oil for different dishes.
