Does the milk pipe come included?

yes the steel pipe inside the glass is included, but not the rubber one that comes from the machine, the plastic end on the rubber pipe fits into the top of the glass.

Is this a universal milk container, will it fit any machine?

It's an external glass container that is attached next to the machine by the rubber tubing on the metal cap that feeds into the machine.

can the glass part go in the microwave? (I know the lid can't)

Hi, wouldn't recommend it as the glass is quite fragile, mine unfortunately broke without while I was cleaning it.

Is this suitable to wash in the dishwasher?

I’ve never washed mine in the dishwasher as our coffee machine is always in use and the dishwashers usually full anyway. However the glass base is just like a large glass and should be no different to any other glassware in a dishwasher. The lid has a plastic type insert presumably to form a seal to allow the milk to be syphoned out, and I would be a bit concerned that this could deform somewhat under the hot water in the dishwasher.. Probably not, but not worth the risk. Otherwise works well and fits in the fridge door ready for use.
