Very good iron, does the job. But, it is impossible to see the level of water in the iron. It is too difficult to see the level, then therefore it tends to over fills and spills

I have had this iron months, used first time at the weekend. I totally am in love with it, probably the best grip, easiest to use, as stands upright by itself, stable. Light weight, definitely easy glide. Ease if use, steam, soray fab, recycled parts,aerials, eco savings, safety, winning! Cannot so far fault it. I have grip, hand issues, this is so easy for me, as can handle it, without it irritating me, or being too heavy, bulky. Great design, very good value price range, definitely recommend

Broken plug straight out the box

Very good iron, great quality but all a bit of a trial trying to register it with Tefal. There was a small mark on the plate of the iron and again too much of a faff to return it. The only offer was for a refund and not a replacement and Tefal don’t themselves seem engaged when one has bought this product via Amazon so not sure what’s going on here.

Initial impressions were OK, good weight, good water capacity and steams well. Then it started dribbling everywhere. Then I realised why I moved to cordless years ago, the cord is a pain. That isn't the fault of the product that was me but the dribbling is inexcusable.

Tefal iron seems to work ok. But lead is two short at just under two metres. So I had to use an extension lead . Also the iron does not fit a standard ironing board holder so have to rest on top of the board . Hopefully works ok and interested if the calc system works. Possibly better to get the next model up the ultimate pure which has a longer lead. And more steam but that is £100 in Black Friday sale.
