Decanter Cleaning Beads - Stainless Steel Cleaner Set 1000 Pieces for Glass Wine Carafes

I bought these cleaning balls to clean a couple of wine decanters and a Chemex coffee jug. The good news is that they work really well. I poured in a small amount of very hot water with a dash of washing up liquid and carefully tipped the cleaning balls in. A couple of minutes of swirling them around and the glass was clean. Excellent, efficient and a lot easier than trying to stick and bend glass cleaning brushes into awkward corners or angles. To clean the balls, I tipped them out into a large bowl and carefully rinsed them - with the plug in the sink - imagine panning for gold. To dry them, I tipped them into a small pan on a low heat and swirled them around until they were dry. I used a funnel to return them to the glass jar from when they came. Nice, quick and easy! I shall be buying some more as Xmas presents for some wine loving friends.

Never been able to get my port decanter completely clean, always a residue. But I found a victorian book of household tips and they recommended ball bearings. So tried these and they work. Easy when you know how, and saves money on brushes which don’t work.

Easy to use stainless steel beads. They are very small and care is needed when using to not lose any. I had residue left in my decanter which was proving a pain to get rid of. The beads poured into the decanter with some warm water and a good swirl around soon removed all residue. I poured the beads out into a sieve then onto a paper towel ‘nest’ to dry.

Does the job perfectly. Needed to clean our decanters which had lots of old marks from years of use. Got all of the old gunk out using these, almost as good as new!

Amazingly effective way of cleaning the stubborn stains that can get inside decanters, especially those with a narrow neck. These are very safe to use. Just put a small amount of water and a merest drop of detergent into the decanter and then put in the stainless steel beads. Swirl around gently. When finished, empty the decanter into a sieve, tea strainer or similar. If you empty into the sink, be sure to have the plug in place or these will disappear down the drain. Dry the beads on a tea-towel or similar before replacing in container.

Awesome, works well with cleaning out glass and ceramic. Easily cleaned with rubbing alchohol or warm water. Highly recommend, definitely buying again, just be careful of losing or dropping them. Very small so easily could be a hazard to pets or children if swallowed/inhaled.

Habe es im Fernsehen gesehen und war etwas skeptisch, ob es wirklich so einfach sein kann. Gleich mal bestellt und am nächsten Tag waren sie da. Und es ist der Hammer! Kölsch Gläser und schmale Vasen werden super sauber. Kugeln ins Glas, etwas Wasser dazu, schütteln, FERTIG. Alles wird super sauber, wo man sonst mit Spüllappen nie hinkommt. Danach ab ins Sieb, das lege ich mit einem Tuch aus und dann zurück in das Töpfchen. Einfach geniale Idee

The product is completely useless and did not remove any of the cloudy build up on my glasses despite intense use of your product.

Je ne regrette pas cet achat ! Ces perles me servent essentiellement à nettoyer mes bouteilles à bouchon mécanique et mes bouteilles larges en verre avec juste une goutte de liquide vaisselle. Ensuite je les récupère dans une passoire et je les éponge avec un torchon en prenant bien soin de ne pas faire de plis au torchon sans ça, elles se glisseraient dedans. Vous pouvez les oublier dans l'eau sans problème, elles ne s'oxydent pas. Vraiment parfaites !
