I purchased this for the start of eye puffiness seeking to alleviate under eye bags. The inside is extremely soft and comfortable making the cold more bearable and relaxing while using. The durability and quality of the product is excellent for the associated cost. The product is versatile, fits the face as expected and works great!

wonderful! love the design, the fit is great since the adjustable velcro straps allow you to adjust it to any size needed. the ice retention is pretty good as it holds the cold for a good amount of time while it’s on.

This is OK. It is big so it will cover your entire face as advertised. It almost too big. It doesn't stay cold for more than 5 minutes. Easy to adjust.
