This gummy is gentle and doesn’t have a bad taste. It has a slight grape flavor, very tasty! I usually take 2 gummies when I’m feeling more anxious or having trouble falling asleep. It helps me relax, and within about 15 minutes I start to feel calmer and ready to fall asleep. It works really well for me! ✨😌
