Bought to use on my dumbbells as after 25 years of use they had started to develop some rust spots and the finish was quite tarnished.. which was discolouring my gloves. One roll was plenty to cover both, and after a couple of weeks use the tape has bonded to itself very well. Not very grippy but combined with gloves it's perfect and feels like it will last a long time.

Great for improving grip on pull up bar.

Not a bad purchase. Thick enough, sticking together, give enough grip for the hand. Do the job well and help us to hold tight on to it without slipping.

Very effective at providing a better grip. Just don't remove all the backing at once like I did - I thought it would be ok as the tape is not very sticky, however it fuses to itself very easily (by design).

Not good as rolls off while using pole

Great quality, easy to apply and does not come loose. Have put them Arabians my dumbbells and press up board. Really helps with grip and stops sweaty palms

It's a pity you don't get more on a roll for the money but, aside from that, the product provides a good tacky surface for gripping. Just remember that you must stretch the tape to roughly twice its length to get it to adhere to itself. It really does work.
