What are the interior dimensions and will it fit the behringer x1222usb mixer?

This uses standard Pro Audio 19 U rack mounting. Your mixer will fit with the rack mount brackets that should have been included when you purchased your mixer. If you do not have your brackets they are easy to find & purchase separately.

is there room in the lid to leave a laptop in the case?

Yes, the case works very well in my pro rack.

Will a qsc TouchMix 8 fit in this

Not to sure, depends on the rack ears that come with your mixer. Case was specified for 19 inch rack equipment, if the ears that come with you mixer is slightly wider, you may have an issue. I had trim the rack ears for my mixer because the fit was too tight.

Don't know what a SB2 IS, but do yourself a favor & only buy it from a prime seller. Free returns! It was way to big for my Hercules Console RMX & instead of paying $80.00 to return it, I kept it. It only cost me $120.00 but I didn't buy it from a prime seller with free pre-postage returns so I paid the price & made it work. It's also very big & heavy. 35plus lbs with gear
