Love this!I have very thick wavy hair.This saves my arms from aching as much because it’s easier and quicker than my hairdryer.My hair feels silky although it still has a bit of frizz even after using heat protection hair products.It still saves me a lot of time drying and straightening which is what I was hoping for.

Great start BUT…
First few months absolutely amazing. Shiny, static free hair, silky like a greased watermelon. 5 stars!Then the ion part seemed to fail so now it’s still straightens but takes more passes, and also is no longer silky but very fluffy. Extremely disappointing.
