These are too narrow. And I have a somewhat narrow head for a guy. So if you’re head is more narrow for a woman they might fit. They also sat too high above my eyes. That was weird so I just squished them down and the little metal bands bent open enough to fit right vertically at least. They’re still too narrow though and I can’t stretch them wider 🤷‍♂️
