Gold Cut Anvil Secateurs

Solid, old school, sharp, just what I wanted.

Although there are masses of secateurs on the market, there is still demand for really goodones, "like they used to make". Check this by searching for the old, defunct, Rolcut Secateurs, which now command a prmium as "antiques". The high quality of these Joseph Bentley Secateurs is most re-assuring, to the effect that I purchased a second pair. Try them for yourself, or try to find better, at any price!

Somewhat disappointed with these. Nice to look at. Nice smooth action. Cut well to begin with - And then the blade starts to twist slightly away from the anvil and the action starts to stick. Nothing on the product to say where it was made. So whilst the packaging might be British made the secateurs, I suspect, are manufactured elsewhere. But as they were not overly expensive I suppose I got what I paid for.

This is the third pair I have bought,the other 2 got legs and walked when we used them to do flowers at 2 different weddings . They are that good other people "BORROWED" .Excellent item , we will take more care of these.
