I purchased the Oypla Electrical 30L Catering Hot Water Boiler for a large family gathering, and I am extremely satisfied with its performance. Only used this a couple of times since buying and no problems. Heats up in about 30 minutes then keeps warm, not bubbly boiling but hot enough for a decent brew. Only little drawback, which is probably the same with all urns, is emptying after use, there is always a bit left in the bottom which the tap can't release, so you you have to pick it up and empty it manually, and it is a bit hot! But the handles help and the top has a lock. All in all, pretty good for £50.

Great item

This product is dangerous! DO NOT BUY! Do not be fooled by the write up and reviews of this product. I bought this for our warm hub cafe and we have been using it according to instructions and when, at the end of shift when our volunteer came to move it, the safety catches broke sending the whole thing and hot water onto his leg and foot. I would love a full refund but amazon won't permit it because its through a third party seller who insists on you sending it back in its origional box overseas and you footing the bill! I wish I had the funds to do this. Our charity had to raise these funds and now we've lost 74.00 and my volunteer has sustained burns when going to lift it whilst it wasn't even full to capacity and the plastic 'safety catch' feature came away from the sides. This product should not be sold and this company do not value their customers. Please check the safety features before you purcahse any product like this!

Bought this as my dad uses the kettle 50+ times a day and it was burning through the electric, this has been a life saver, it’s super easy to use, convenient and holds more than enough water, perfect for a busy family
