WONDERFUL
I tried some right out of the jar and they were pretty toasty and the oil carries the heat but really liked the flavor....HOWEVER, cooking them in, the flavor is wonderful and the heat very mild. The flavor carried on my tongue and made the green chilis in the beef,ham, and pinto beans taste even better. They brought the flavor out. I can stand a LOT of heat if there's flavor. I've watched enough Bobby Flay using them, I've been dying to try them. The seal was fine, the texture was fine, but I love the quality and this was a great deal compared to others, The simplicity of the recipe they use was also what attracted me to these. I'm now addicted. Even my wife who doesn't like too much spice/heat said they're great. I hope they keep these in this quantity at a fair price as it is now because I'm sold on getting these as long as they stay reasonably priced.

Nice, full pepper taste without being too hot. This jar only lasted 3 days. Great on pasta, pizza and even steaks…

OMG! I found this jar of peppers on Amazon and took a chance. The peppers are delicious. They were conveniently easy to get. No stores around us carry them. I won't be out of them anymore.

Fantastic Flavor
This stuff is awesome. Saw someone using it on YouTube and I got some. I use it Hot Italian Sausage mostly. Great flavor with a nice kick.

Excellent product, shipping damage
I love this product. It is one of my favorite condiments. Only this time the jar came with the seal popped and product leaked out all over the packaging. I don't know at what point the seal came open and it is meant to be refrigerated upon opening. Now I have a giant jar that I'm not sure is safe to eat and customer service says I elligible for return. Not cool when this was my mother's day present from my son.
