We have long been fans of HelloBaby baby monitors and have used them for years. We love that the price point is very affordable and that the functionality is simple, basic, yet effective. It's also important to us that we don't run baby monitors on WiFi, just for personal and security reasons. These new HelloBaby 6" baby monitors are so awesome! They definitely do not disappoint. We bought these when they had awesome Black Friday deals on them in November 2025.. the promo made it to where these newer models were even more affordable than some of the older ones! I figured it was the perfect time to give them a chance. We ordered a first set, and with wanting to have more cameras, we then reached out to customer service through HelloBaby to ask how that would best be done with this newer model. The customer service was wonderful, responsive, and so helpful! They helped answer all my questions and concerns. The camera has great audio and video quality, the battery has been doing great, and as always, we love the different zoom capabilities and volume+brightness controls. Definitely recommend!

Have only used it for a week. Works great for what we needed. Baby was two walls away, connection is solid. Nice size screen. I liked that we could swivel the camera how we needed. Did not use the talk feature. The price is perfect, shipping came next day as promised. Wish the brightness could be dimmed more, the lowest setting is still a bit strong for us, but we made do. Sound quality works well too. Really like that the camera is on its own link, no wifi or phone needed.

We really liked this monitor, but it didn’t work out for us for one reason: the cords to hang the monitors are too short (they are cords specific to the monitor, not universal, so we couldn’t switch them out). We didn’t feel safe with the extension cord hanging from the wall in order to plug in the camera which is how we have to mount them in order to see the whole room with a little one learning how to sleep in a big bed. The picture quality was great and the interface was easy to use. We did not use it long enough to be able to comment on the battery life. The monitor feels a little cheap, but it works great, so we can’t complain.

We've been using the HelloBaby monitor to keep an eye on our baby, and it's been really helpful. The video quality is clear, even at night, and I can easily see what my baby is doing from another room. The camera can pan and tilt, which is great now that she's starting to move around more. I really like that it doesn’t need WiFi, so I don’t have to worry about any connection issues or privacy problems. The monitor it comes with is easy to carry around the house, and the battery lasts a good amount of time. The two-way audio is also a nice touch — I can talk to her and calm her without going into the room right away. If you're looking for a simple, affordable, and reliable baby monitor, this one works great. Definitely recommend it!

I purchased this camera for travel and use it as a back up in my baby’s room since I have issues with his main camera at times (another brand). It’s very simple and works well. It has a good range of motion. Great value for the cost.

We've used HelloBaby monitors for a number of years and appreciate the quality for the price. This particular unit is just as we hoped it would be. The only initial issue related to a loose charge port on the monitor, which caused issues with charging. However, we reached out to HelloBaby's Customer Support Team, and they were very responsive and helpful, and offered to replace the unit. I'm very pleased with the service and would not hesitate to order from HelloBaby in the future.

I've gone through two already. The first lasted a bit longer than the second. They are great cameras (when they work) the audio and video is good quality. BUT the are not reliable and the connectivity is NOT good or at least it wasn't for us on either occasion.
