No, I'm not even sure this would be possible as the voltage required for Phantom power would typically exceed that which a 3.7v battery can provide. This is mainly designed solely for mic level and high impedance signals like guitar output jacks.

Hi. It's 2.5" wide, about 1" thick, and 3.5" long. The antenna sticks out about 1" from the body of the transmitter, so overall length, end to antenna tip, is about 4.5". Hope that was helpful.
