Review: Wonderful design and product. Would definitely buy iy agin. - Superb. We used to use a stand for beer-butt-chicken. This device does a better job for holding marinade. Durable. Cleans up with soap and water or can go through the dishwasher. We place it in a small Webber aluminum pan nd cook on indirect method in a Webber charcoal kettle grill. Perfect, flavorful chicken every time. I highly reccomend. have owned this for over one year.
Review: Kamado Joe ho-ho - You cannot do without this cooking stand if you want to grill a whole chicken and use beer to keep the bird moist. What I like of this ceramic one is the ease of cleaning. The metal cooking stand works fine but it takes a lot of effort to clean and I know because I own both. I use Pam to spray the ceramic stand and especially on the bottom where grease easily bakes on. A next time I plan on trying a turkey and if it is not large I expect that it will be supported by the Kamado Joe. A must item for the grilling enthusiast.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Everything it should be
*by M***E on July 24, 2016*

Works as advertised and is extremely easy to use. I was able to put a full can of beer in it, in addition to some seasoning, etc. It has a broader base than a beer can and is plenty sturdy. Not much more to say, when it's done, wash, rinse, and repeat.
