No it's not a razor as such as its not sharp but works as good as a razor but doesn't hurt/cut the skin! Yes! This is a fantastic product for all facial hair as a beauty therapist I think there great! Personally I only use it on my eyebrows but I know people I've recommended them to that use them on the upper lip, side burns and chin! Hope this helps! :)

Can you sharpen or replace the blade or do you have to replace the whole tool?

You will have to replace whole shaper.

Will you feel stuble grow back in if used for those tiny blonde facial pore hairs???
