Brought for a recent holiday as I don't trust hotels or air BnB's. Only work on certain door but when it works, it work very very well. Very easy to install and of very good quality. Makes stays a lot safer. Very easy to remove as well no damage to door.

Bit finicky to use, especially with normal doors where the handle is level with the door jamb (which is conveniently not used in the picture previews). Honestly if I were buying again I'd get a decently sturdy door wedge as I imagine it would do a better job if it were placed onto a grippy surface (and most hotel rooms tend to be tile or laminate for easy cleaning). However it does work as described. In an emergency though if you needed to get out of the room quickly this would really slow you down as it takes time to unscrew.

Waste of money. Doesn’t work on any doors in my house and you can close the door whilst holding the unit in place anyway.

I ordered this portable door lock from Amazon because my wife sometimes have sleep over at work and the doors off the rooms do not have locked on them and feeling insecure, I thought I would purchase this portable door lock so that she is able to lock herself inside the room, just incase there are intruders. I first noticed this item on Facebook and knowing that this was a great idea, I searched on Amazon and discovered that they were very cheap and so I ordered a couple of them.

Facile à mettre, fait son taff. Ma porte d’entrée s’est transformée en porte blindée 😂 Personnellement c’est un achat que je ne regrette pas. Ça abîme un peu la peinture mais je pense que c’est parce que je serre comme un forcené. Si vous hésitez, n’hésitez plus 😂

Marche super bien mais comme dans les autres commentaires je pense que suivant le type de porte cela peu coincé si il n’y a pas assez d’espaces entre la porte et le mur mais je recommande à 100%

Inutilisable pour les hotels en amerique du sud ,les locations sur tout le continent amerique du sud et la France ,du coup je ne sais pas si on peut l utiliser ailleurs

Je l'utilise quotidiennement sur la porte d'entrée de mon appartement. Il empêche l'ouverture de la porte, même si on y met de la force. Mettez-le dans la gâche, au niveau de la pêne dormant. Une étoile en moins car laisse quelques traces sur la porte. ⚠️ Ce produit n'est pas adapté pour toutes les portes, il faut qu'il y ait quelques millimètres d'espace entre la porte et la gâche.

La porte s’ouvre facilement même avec cette outil. C’est ne pas robuste suffisamment pour empêcher l’ouverture de une porte
