I’m only 33, but once I had my two children back to back, my hips added insult to injury. I saw so many recommendations how to release your psoas but also, I’ve ALWAYS had piriformis pain resulting in tight hamstrings, glutes, the whole 9. I felt broken at such a young age. Not to mention posture, tight neck and shoulders. You name it. In ONE session of myofascial release on my Psoas and low back support muscles, I feel blood flow.
