Very decent safe for the money. Easy to set-up and works great.

Not durable
Product looks great and worked for a year. But it doesn’t work anymore. The knob to open doesn’t turn so not functional anymore as a safe. Once I punch the code, it gives a green light to open, but the knob to open doesn’t turn. Poor customer service. Not durable.

Great personal safe! Could easily be better...
I decided to upgrade from my small plastic cube safe to this one. So far, I have been happy with the decision. The safe is well-made and sturdy and is perfect for keeping semi-valuables and items away from prying eyes. I can't help but wish the door was more flush to the sides and there was less of a gap. Also when entering the password, the door can make a "cling" noise against the frame. I fixed this with a little bit of felt around the edges.

You have to have some sort of coordination to open it and I love that. Makes it harder for my kids to ever get into.

Returned it twice
First safe came bent from the shipping but also would not unlock even with the key. Second return was a different model, which is fine, but the number 3-6-9 would not function at all. Gave up and returned, didn't want another exchange. Two trips to the return center more than enough for me to pick a better option. Also: it ships in it's original box with HUGE markings showing that it's a safe, what's the small little worth when the enitre world will know you got one when sitting on your porch after delivery 🤣🤣

Can’t get it to program. Very low end.
Reset button doesn’t work. It’s a hard piece of plastic. Not a button of any kind. Entire thing feels very very cheap.
