Didn't realize how dirty my doodle's ear was. I cant speak to its claims of soothing discomfort since I dont believe my dog was in pain of any sort. However, this product works for what I needed - simple ear cleaner. Love that they included the long Q-tips. very thoughful and price is reasonable.

It's very simple to use and it works really good. just a few drops, massage and wipe. it loosens all the gunk really easy and it comes with cotton swabs as well
