Great for steaming a few thinner tops
I got this because I just needed something to tidy up the odd piece of clothing and it's ideal for this. I've used it on 2 tshirts and it's done a good job. It feels a bit heavy after a while but it heats up quickly and gets the creases out no problem. It's definitely not good for thicker clothing and the tank is small but it isn't a problem for me as I don't have lots of creased clothes. I got 2/3 of the way through the tank from 2 tshirts but I mostly want to use it for something I'm wearing on the day so the tank is ample for my needs. If you want something that you can run over your clothes before you wear them that will get creases out reasonably fast, then this does the job. If it's for doing a weekly pile of ironing, especially thicker tops etc, then I dont think this isn't the right product for that. It definitely suits my needs though so I'm happy with it. Also pleased with the bag and it's pretty easy to pack if you're taking it travelling. I haven't had any water leaks and I like that the 2 lint features are basically on either side of the pad so you just turn it round and don't have an extra piece to carry everywhere that you hope doesn't break in the bag.

Good enough
Finally a steamer that doesn’t spit water and actually gets rid of creases in quite a few fabrics. I’ve tried a more expensive and much bigger Tefal one, and a more portable one from Philips, but this worked better than both. It worked really well on my winter coat and heavy cotton sweatshirt. It was less successful with viscose trousers which look better pressed anyway, but I wish it worked on a polyester skirt which is only slightly less creased than before. The water tank is very small, I had to refill every one or two garments. But it is not too heavy and simple to use with no complicated instructions.

Fantastic steamer, great for travelling!
I use a steamer on a daily basis (I don't use an iron at all, just a steamer to remove creases and freshen up clothes before wearing them). I had purchased a different brand but it was too bulky to carry with me when travelling and when I saw this slimmer steamer on offer, I thought I'd try it, although I had read reviews advising that the water tank is quite small. I have been using it the past few days. First of all, it's the first slim, yet efficient steamer I have come across. The usual style is a large water tank at the bottom, which made it difficult to store and to travel with. This one fits in my hand luggage without wasting space. Secondly, its features! I can use it both horizontally as well as vertically, which was awkward with my previous steamer, as it wasn't comfortable to hold with the shape it had. The fact that it has two options on the reversible pad (velvet side to dewrinkle and lint side to remove lint and hairs) is very cool and I have used it to remove hair from clothes successfully. The steamer also comes with a pouch to store it in as well as the guarantee and illustrated instructions booklet that include also cleaning advice and anti calc. Thirdly, the aesthetics of it. Slim shape, fabulous colours (I ordered the red one for a more 70s vibe). Things that could have made it to an even better product, if you ask me, would be a longer cable and a bigger water tank, but since it heats up so quickly, I don't mind a second trip to the tap to fill it up. I'm really pleased with this buy and really pleased that it was on offer.

Brilliant once you know how
This item is exactly as pictured. Well made and has a cute retro vibe to it. Yes the water tank is small but it heats up in no time at all so it doesn’t need to be larger. I can steam a whole maxi dress with one tank full. If I want to do another garment I just fill it up again and it takes only seconds to be ready. I actually like that it doesn’t store lots of water as it’s a pain having to empty out if there’s some left when you’re finished, like I had to do with my old one. The smaller tank makes this easily packable too as it lies flat. There is a knack to using this, what I do is hang the garment up on a coat hanger against my full length mirror (I bought a suction hook to hang it on) or the back of a door. It definitely works better when you have something behind the garment. I start with the sleeves every time, this seems to make it easier, you pull the sleeve taught with one hand and use the steamer with your dominant hand (I’m right handed so steamer in my right hand). I work from top to bottom and this seems to make it easier. Then I do the front top, then front bottom parts of the garments, paying attention to any button plackets or collars. If you pull the side seams out and go down them you get a nice finish. Once the front is done I flip it round and do the same on the back, then go back and go over any places I’ve missed. Takes maybe 5 mins to do a dress. Is it any better than ironing? This is fine for modern dress fabrics but if I was doing a formal shirt or a special occasion dress I would still use the iron and ironing board. You just don’t get the pristine crispness you do with the iron. For casual everyday garments it’s more than fine and means you don’t have to get the ironing board out and put it away again. I also keep one in my bedroom to give things a quick refresh if I’m wearing a second time between washes, or if they come out of the wardrobe a bit creased. It’s also really good for refreshing the cushions on the sofa after the cat has been laying on the backs and flattening them down. I give my suit jackets and my cashmere a steam before putting them away, as I don’t get them dry cleaned every time I wear them. Great for linen tops if you spray with a bit of laundry starch, let it dry then steam they stay nicer for longer. You can steam curtains while they are hanging up. I think this is a lot better than other hand steamers on the market I have tried many of them and with this one you have the reassurance of a known brand. I’m going to get one to keep at the office too.

Poor water capacity
Decent enough but water capacity is awful. I can barely steam one item without having to re-fill. Not very pratical.

Excellent to get creases out quickly
This steamer is great especially in a pinch. I like that it’s not too big or bulky so it’s easy to pack away and bring away with me if I have an especially crease prone outfit. It heats up fast, and removes creases very quickly. I find it easy to use, and is very handy to have. I have never experienced any marks from use, but I assume if you have hard water you’d want to use filtered water in it.

This has changed my life in a good fun way. I am lazy and I only pick out clothes in the morning b4 work. Having this has saved a lot of time since it starts so fast. About the water tank, it's enough for me to steam the outfit of the day. Quite happy !

Love this gadget. Portable. Easy to use. Ideal to refresh 1 outfit, not designed to do large number of items. Looks goid. Luke it comes with a carry bag.

Super steamer, all creases gone without the need to get the iron and ironing board out. Perfect for my dresses, children's uniform and delicate tops. Is lightweight enough to travel and put into suitcase. To note though the water tank will only be enough for one garment at a time. But it didn't bother me as i just look at it getting my steps cout going back and forth to get it filled up.
