If you are traveling and want to secure a bag onto top of your suitcase that doesn’t have a slide through pocket for the handle, these straps will work. Mine were shipped in a clear bag with no instructions but the listing on Amazon shows product in use. Easy to attach and kept bag secure.

I saw this product when looking for something else and it was cheap enough to give it a try. So happy that I did! I have a leather duffle that I use as my carry on and it easily loops over the handle on my rolling suitcase, but it would frequently shift due to weight and motion. However this strap completely solves that problem! It takes just seconds to loop and fasten securely, and then no worries of it shifting or falling. There’s nothing worse than having to reposition my carryon while racing through a busy airport! I love that it comes as a set of two, because it’s actually easy to lose, as you do have to quickly pull it off in the airport when you hand over your suitcase when checking your larger bag, or it will get lost in the transition. But I finally got into the habit to quickly pull it off the handle and stuff it into my duffle, and it’s ready to reattach again at baggage claim. Extremely useful travel accessory that I never would have thought of but I will never travel without again!

Like the easy use of these and the elastic appears to be quality and withstands a good stretch. The clips on the other hand are rubbish. Both male and female clips broke on second or third use. Very useful even without the clips and have modified it to fit my needs so won't be returning but would buy a different brand if I need additional straps.

I use one to hold my day pack on top of my carryon bag as it has no trolley strap. The other goes around my carryon to make it more visible among a bunch of bags . By making it a visually unique bag, it’s less likely that someone might pick it up confusing it with their look-alike bag. It’s also less likely that a thief will try to steal it as they avoid bags that can easily be identified from a distance. Lastly the strap could help hold things together in the event of a broken zipper. It’s easy and quick to use. Its stretchiness avoids the issues I’ve had with repeatedly readjusting a strap with a fixed buckle.

I did not like these, not will i use them. THey do not go on easily - and just fall off when you try to take something out of your bag. Then they fall off - and when you pick it up - you can't figure out how they go back on.

Did not work for me. Broke the first time I tried to use this on my luggage.

Wow, what a huge help these straps were on our last long-haul journey. They are easily adjustable, and easy to clip/unclip. Fits easily in an outside pocket on my carry on luggage so I can pull them out when needed. So glad I purchased these -- you never know when you won't have enough hands!
