I’m looking for something to make this more comfortable** A: Yes. if you have neck issues also a good idea to put a pillow under your shoulders. Also, they make good disposable covers. Recommend it. **Q: Is this easy to clean/sanitise between clients?** A: Yes. I actually use fabric face cradle covers, so I just use an antibacterial spray and wipe it down before putting a new cover on. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great item but you need separate covers *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 25 February 2025* Great item and comfortable, just be aware that standard fabric headrest covers won't fit comfortably so you will need the elasticated one or purchase the custom made covers. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 August 2023* Lovely, soft enough, adds extra comfort and very good quality too. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Very comfortable *by on Reviewed in the United Kingdom 23 January 2021* This face pillow is amazing I swapped it with my original massage couch pillow as it was very hard. This one is so soft and comfortable this is by far the best one I have used for my treatments. Worth every penny. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.is/products/51561787-master-massage-memory-foam-ergonomic-dream-face-cushion-bolster-headrest](https://www.desertcart.is/products/51561787-master-massage-memory-foam-ergonomic-dream-face-cushion-bolster-headrest) --- *Product available on Desertcart Iceland* *Store origin: IS* *Last updated: 2026-10-02*
