Best Vitamin in gel ever!!! The tablets do not work as good
Best one ever! I work 12 hour night shifts at the hospital and this gives me energy the entire shift!!! NO shakes just keeps me awake. No adverse affects. Buy it! You won’t be disappointed!

Good at its job
I started taking these when my doctor told me my vitamin D3 was extremely low. Not long after that my husband broke his foot and we were told a vitamin d supplement would help his healing. Sublingual pills because they dissolve quickly and start working quickly. It is very easy just to pop in your mouth and go. They have a great taste. They are free from synthetic dyes artificial flavors, sugar and lactose. If you are feeling that they are not as effective, you may want to try working on your gut health. I plateaued in my energy levels but then once I started on a probiotic they bounced right back.
