The beard oil smells good and I love it, however it makes my beard soft to touch and easy application, I apply it after a shower or after just washing my face then I'll start my day I'll either go out or stay at home and leave the beard oil to absorb and work into the beard and skin, I'd definitely order it again and I'd recommend it. After applying the oil to my beard and skin, I just apply the remainder on my arms and head hair, so you don't need to wash your hands. No matter what time I get up my beard feels dry and brittle and now that does bother me lol. 😩😄 Great product to use every day.

This is my first beard oil purchase....ever....and I purchased it based on the reviews your product was getting on Amazon. I am in that awkward growing phase of a beard - the one wear you don't look quite so distinguished as hoped, but more homeless. The look that says "This guy has given up on his appearance". However, I was and remain incredibly impressed with how well your beard oil makes my beard look after oiling. With my neckline trimmed in, the oil applied and a good brush, the effect was immediate. I like the smell, the oil dropper and the attention to detail throughout. This is (in 37 years of being a member of this planet) my first real beard, and usually I'd get to a month, maybe 6 weeks and would find myself looking in the mirror and wondering at what point this is suppose to look good. You see, my beard is made up of every hair colour on Earth, so in its early stages its dark, but as it grows out I get black, brown, red, blonde......and instead of growing more distinguished by the day, it tends to go insane and I look like someone that I would cross the road from. So I am still wondering if it can ever be a great beard or whether it will forever look like a child's art project- using the cuttings from a barbershop bin. I guess I'll have to ride it out and see if my kids will continue talking to me. But all in all, I rate your product highly, I thought the little wooden beard comb is a great little item, in the past I've either avoided combing (the matted looked with food in suggests "winner" don't you think?) or I'd use a tight hair comb that would on most occasions pluck about 74% of my beard hairs out and leave me looking like someone that has played Pin the Tail on the Live Firework. The ebook is a nice touch, informative and well put together. 5 Stars from me - I will certainly be ordering more when the oil dries up

Pros - High quality oil which is great for softening and giving your beard the oils it needs - Smell is really nice and goes well with the fragrances I use Cons - Comb is wide tooth. This is not bad, but ideally the comb's teeth would be closer together and have an area on the comb where the teeth are very narrow for use on the moustache - The oil dropper is fragile. I got to a point where it wouldn't close tight and it would reopen when I twisted it around

I would really like to give this 5 stars as it really is a good oil and basically does what it claims to do, although I’m not sure about encouraging growth. The reason for 3 stars is the smell. One reviewer has claimed it smells like cooking oil and unfortunately I have to agree with him, as does my wife. Not too bad when you put it on to a just washed beard as the scent from the beard shampoo overpowers the oil but you can smell the oil on your hands and it is a bit off putting. I’ll use it up but doubt I’ll buy it again. Can’t comment on the comb. I didn’t get one with my order.

So, I bought this item as a birthday gift for myself to treat my rather magnificent beard. I recently turned 17 and it seemed to be a perfect solution to my dry beard and itchiness, so why the heck not? The oil itself is a massive help in order to keep my beard healthy-looking and moisturised, and doesn't particularly have a strong aroma. It's kind of a woody or nutty scent and not overpowering in the least, personally that's a bonus since it does what it's meant to do without the constant whiff of perfume or other stuff going into your nose every moment after it's applied. Great job. Now, the comb which it comes with is a nice touch as you also want to keep your beard neat after application of the oil. It's sturdy, made out of wood and built to last due to the overall feel and quality of it. In conclusion. If you're looking for a gift for yourself/significant other with a beard, this stuff works a treat; very easy to use, generous price, no overpowering odor and FREE COMB! :D

I'm an amateur when it comes facial growth, had my beard for a couple of years and just let nature take it's course with the odd trim when needed but this year, this Christmas even, I have set myself a challenge - beard baubles!!! Now, to do this I've decided to look after my beard and heard I'd need some beard oil, now I honestly didn't know where to start so just typed on here beard oil - this product came with flying colours and after just a couple of uses I can completely understand why, I've never felt my beard so soft or thick - the whole package is absolute value for money. The ebook is great for bits of advice and shows you different types of beard styles, the comb is great, solid and pipette style bottle is fantastic, there isn't much of a scent to the oil, nothing overpowering anyway, but the effects after use is just fantastic - highly recommended, the after sales is great too, a personal "thank you for your order" email from the company, just brilliant

I use this daily on a fairly long beard. Great quality for the price. Non irritating and adds a nice shine to the beard without being overly greasy or heavy.

I find it very thick, oily and needing a fair amount to apply, thereby making it costly to use. Not for me.

I'll start off by saying I am pretty new to when it comes to beard products. Never used them until my beard stopped growing in the way i wanted to. S o i decided to give it a go. I as many other people looked at reviews for many products. I've since only used only one other product since Prophet called Honest Amish. Honest Amish has many great reviews and it should, for being the first oil I have used it was awesome. Smells good and kept my beard looking really good. It is a really good product. But part of my beard was still really dry even while using it. It isn't that Honest Amish oil doesn't work, it wasn't doing for me what i wanted it to do. So again back on the search for something else. I found Profit and read all of the reviews. Again many great reviews and for the cost I couldn't turn it down. So i made the purchase. Got the oil next day as promised. The seller contacted me the same day and even hooked me up with an E-Book on beard care. I've only been using Prophet for a while now but let me tell you it works really well for me. I am not going to tell you it is a miracle oil, but it has helped my beard feel more fresh. The part of my beard that is dry still isn't 100% but it has become more relaxed. I have really curly hair and that dry area wouldn't puff out with the rest of my beard. Now its a bit more responsive. As for the oil itself, doesn't have a sent and doesn't leave your beard greasy which is a huge plus. I will continue to monitor my beards progress with Prophet oil but from my initial trial with it, two weeks now, I would highly recommend it!

Once you try it, you don't want any other brand. Whats GOOD :- Oil really condition your beard to your skin. It makes your beard look fuller and darker. Balm hold your beard in its place and it has aroma of citrus but not too strong. Oil has no smell, almost unscented. It comes with Comb which really helps tame your beard in place. Whats Bad:- They dont sell their incredible horse hair beard brush in Canada. And seriously, you can't beat the price and Best thing is its all NATURAL and 0% alcohol. Ok, to start, a little beard background about myself, and my reason for trying a beard oil. I have worn a mustache/goatee/chinstrap/sideburn combo of some sort for the last 20+ years. I keep it fairly close and under control. My main reason for trying beard oil was first and foremost, to combat beard flakes. Working in an environment where I commonly have to wear a black suit and jacket, flakes tend to stand out, which can be annoying and sometimes embarrassing. Secondly, my whiskers tend to be a bit wiry and bristly, and I was looking for something to possibly help soften things up a little. After only 4 days of use, I have seen positive results with the Prophet and Tools Beard Oil. I use 3 drops to apply to my mustache, beard, sideburns, and any residual oil left on my palms I use even on my eyebrows. The no scent description is accurate. During my first use, I did take a whiff of the 3 drops I placed on my palms. While it does have a very FAINT oil scent right out of the bottle, once rubbed into my palms and facial hair, there was no scent noticeable whatsoever, even after working it into my mustache directly under my nose. After application, of course my palms have a slight oily feel, but definitely not greasy, and it's little enough that it can easily be worked into your hands, or rinsed off with water. If you have any issues here, you're probably using too much. My beard flakes have definitely been reduced. While not yet gone completely, I have noticed a drastic positive difference. I am quite impressed with the change after only 4 days (5 applications). I am sure after continual use my flakes will be minimized even further. My whiskers definitely feel smoother and less dry. In appearance, my facial hair now has a healthy sheen and the natural color seems to be showing through more than the gray. This was an unexpected but very positive result! The skin around the 'outline' of my facial hair feels much more healthy and I don't notice as much dryness as I had before trying beard oil. Another unexpected, but positive result is the oil also seems to be helping heal the dry and cracked skin on my hands as well! I have definitely noticed a positive difference here after only a few days as well! The comb is a nice addition. While my beard isn't long enough to comb out per se, the comb does help to distribute the oil to the roots of my whiskers and to the skin underneath. The day after I placed my order, I received an email directly from Prophet & Tools with a link to a very informative e-book about beards and beard care. A few days later they sent another email just making sure I received my order, and letting me know I could respond to them directly if I had any questions/comments/etc. Top notch customer service, I'd say. With so many beard care products on Amazon, I didn't know where to start. I looked at a ton of products, reviews, and ratings. I chose Prophet and Tools Beard Oil because at the time of my purchase, they had a 4.8 rating with 1000 reviews, which I felt was quite good. The greater majority of reviews were favorable. I went out on a limb and tried their product. I made the right choice.

Pretty good oil. I'm on my second bottle and it's working. Smell isn't offensive, lady doesn't mind it, so great success! I like the addition of the beard comb but it would be a lot better if the comb had finer teeth. Considering it's a 1 ounce bottle (like most beard oils) it doesn't seem to match up with the wide toothed comb which seems meant for huge beards that would need more oil than most. My beard in medium length but I keep it groomed so the comb, in it's current form does nothing. It's safe to assume that men with huge beards likely already have combs and brushes suited for their length. I recommend the company consider ship a comb better suited for the majority of beards. Another option would be to offer a package that comes with no comb on a subscription basis.
