I am recovering from my stroke my arm muscles are by stiff to the point that my arm is always curved in front of my chest. So after consistent stretching. I finally managed to straighten my arm so now my therapist told me I needed a good elbow immobilizer to keep my arm straight. However when I do difficult exercises, my arm still gets stiff and wants to curl up again. I had an old brace that kept my arm straight but it was way to rigid for me to wear for a long period of time without my arm hurting. This brace is wonderful. It’s well padded so it’s super comfortable. It is sturdy enough to keep my arm straight for hours and since my arm still has some spasticity and doesn’t want to stay straight. This brace does allows a small amount of flexibility mainly from the padding I think. So it is super comfortable for me to wear it for at least an hour without pain and irritation. Sometimes I even forget I have it on. I am glad I finally found a comfortable yet functional brace to keep my arm straight.

I purchased this brace because I had fractured my elbow. I required something that would help keep my arm straight when I sleep. This worked pretty well, except it would slide off at night when I was asleep and I wouldn’t realize it had slid off. I tried to tighten it, but that would cut off my circulation. if you're looking at wearing during daytime hours. It should work just great.

Pros: It gets the job done and is comfortable to wear. Cons: There is something in the velcro that poked my finger and caused it to bleed while trying to tighten it on 3 different occasions. I can't find what it is but it happens in same area. That is the only reason I'm giving it 3 stars.

This product does the trick. It keeps my elbow in a healing position all night My biceps are 14” XL fit well Great value for the price. I feared flimsy at the price but it’s durable

These are well made. My special needs grandson has to wear them to keep from hitting himself. These hold up better than others they have tried.

I don’t normally write reviews but I had to for this product. It is absolutely useless! The second I put it on, it just slips right down my arm.

I have bought two of these because I haven't found a better one . Unfortunately, the velcro makes the material slowly desintegrate, which is why I had to buy another one. I have thoracic and cubital tunnel syndrome and so my doctor asked I wear an elbow brace every night to sleep. After my first one of these stopped working as well because of the velcro, I tried another brand but it didn't apply the same pressure this one did. It's hard to take away a star since it's part of how the material works, but it they find a way for the velcro material to not desintegrate after only a couple months, I would change to 5 stars.

Didn't expect this to help my tennis elbow so have been pleasantly surprised. Only wear it for the evening when I sit down to relax - not sure how comfy it would be to use all night. But when I take it off after a couple of hours the pain is much improved. Another tip for fellow sufferers is not to overbend the elbow (I usually sleep with both elbows completely bent and hands under the pillow). I've made an effort to keep both arms straight, resting the bad arm on a pillow and this has also helped. Used to wake up with very sore elbow. Now after a couple of weeks of using brace in the evening for a few hours followed by keeping elbow straight at night, the pain has gone to the point where I can use the affected arm comfortably for much of the time. Still have to be careful not to overdo it, eg lifting heavy things one-handed, using stiff scissors etc. Would recommend giving this a try.
