This multi-use mask is great because you can use it both hot or cold which is exactly what I was looking for. When I have sinus pressure or eye strain, I put this in the microwave for 20 seconds to warm up and the heat from the mask provides relief and feels relaxing. I also use this in the morning sometimes when my face looks puffy. To de-puff I wash my face, apply serum and then put this mask on (after cooling it for 15-20 mins in the freezer). The cooling effect helps reduce any redness or puffiness. I also like that this mask comes with elastic straps as that really helps to keep the mask from slipping off. The only small downside is that sometimes I find the velcro pulls at some of my hair. To avoid this, I usually put my hair in a ponytail or bun before using the mask. Overall, a great product for relaxation and self care. Look forward to many more uses.

I bought this mask because I have bad allergies and sinus issues that cause puffy above and below my eyes. It perfect for headaches I have tried when I had one too.. This is very comfortable on the face the ice for about 15 minutes before it starts to melt for me. I love that I am able to see out with no problem. Only thing is my hair gets caught on the back with the Velcro to secure the mask. I get help to put it on by putting it in a bun or ponytail. Overall, I am glad these are invented for several uses plus helps me relax after a long day. Will I buy it again yes. I am a happy customer. I have recommended this to several friends/family.

I use this mask everyday as an ice mask for about 10 minutes. It’s easy to use and of decent quality. It was delivered well packaged with a a smaller gel pack included. I use that as an ice pack for my eyes, hard to reach areas and pimples for 5 minutes or so everyday. Both the mask and the pack is durable. The only uncomfortable part of the mask is the Velcro closure. It does not fit tightly around the head. I have a lot of hair so in order to fit, I usually wrap my hair up and then place the mask on, securing it as tight as possible. This is the one of the ways I use the Velcro. The other way is to cross the straps for a tighter fit. Other than that, the mask is comfortable. The mask is squishy and soothing so it can used slightly cold or warm which is comforting.

It is mostly what I expected, but the placement of the straps is awkward and the gel-bead matrix is not that great. When frozen, it’s very stiff. Similar products from other companies seem to have a different ratio of gel to beads allowing for a more flexible fit. However with enough adjustments you can get a close fit. it relieves the aches in my forehead and jaw caused by sinus buildup, which is why I got it, so I will continue use. Consider eye-only masks if you do not have jaw pain. The fit of this mask makes it inferior for reducing under eye puffiness.

Love this! I bought this mask because of my constant flushed cheeks. It arrived promptly and it not only help with my flushing flare up but also eased a low grade headache I had. It has a soft side to the mask so I can tolerate the cold for longer periods of time. It even came with a bonus gel pack for soreness/bruises. The sellers are also wonderful. Checking in before and after I received my product. Couldn’t ask for more.

I have read a lot about how ice/cooling can help your skin and helps prevent and reduce not only puffiness & redness, but acne. Also - it just feels good! I shopped around for an ice mask and it was between this one and the slightly cheaper version of this (almost identical looking) except for one KEY difference - the amount of beads in the filling. I decided to splurge on this slightly more expensive one for just that reason because I have encountered other cooling/heating bead pad things in the past that don't hold staying cold/hot very long because of the lack of beads. Boy am I glad I purchased this one! It stays cool for over an hour!! the fuzzy lining make it's comfortable to keep on your face for long and I find that it feels amazing. My only complaint is the head straps are really big. I've never noticed that I have a small head, so I imagine I'm pretty average (in that way at least ;) ), so i do have to criss cross the straps. I wish they were elastic.

This mask is absolutely superb at the end of a long tiresome day. The side that goes next to your face is a soft material that washes nicely. Usually have to put a towel between me and any ice pack, this one takes care of that. It hits my sinuses and the areas around my eyes nicely. Great for headaches too.Stays a reasonable amount of time, But I may buy a second one just so that I can swap them out.

Velcro on the bottom strap totally mis positioned. Logically there should be more velcro, or shorter straps realizing that this part of the strap crosses over your neck which is way narrower. Its as if it was tested on a balloon not a person. The top one works well, as in the velcro was in a good position to harness on my medium size head. The bottom strap was pretty useless since the velcro was not positioned in a way that would fix properly. I had to get clothes peg in order to secure the bottom strap.

Not a big fan of the felt lining, it wasn’t cold enough for me even with it coming out the freezer. However I just flipped the mask and use the side with the beads on my face. Overall great product.
